A large spacious south facing villa with three bedrooms two with king size beds and one twin bedded room, three bathrooms in a private residential complex with lovely views of the mountains.
The property has a large private heated pool a great BBQ area and sun loungers to enjoy the outdoors. We also provide pool towels.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped and a raised dining area with stunning views. There is also a dining suite outdoors, under cover, for al-fresco enjoyment.
The raised indoor dining area allows you to enjoy the view outside as you eat. Outside, the spacious poolside terrace is ideal for relaxing in the sun. A covered terrace also provides somewhere for you to cool off out of the sunshine for a while. Casa Solace is just a short walk from a small selection of local amenities, whilst the bustling centre and wide range of amenities in the centre of Playa Blanca can be reached within a short drive.
The villa has a large flat screen TV with an extensive choice of programmes including BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 Sky including most sports and movie channels.
Casa Solace is Wheel Chair friendly to most parts except to the raised dining area off the kitchen.
Rates are for 4 people . Please add an extra £70 per person per week up to a maximum of 6 people.
For the comfort of our guests from 1st November to 30th April electric pool heating is provided FREE! Additional heating during other months will be available for £80 per week.
To secure your booking we require a deposit of £300. The balance of the holiday is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. We also require a Refundable Security Deposit of £400 which will be refunded within 7 days after the end of your holiday subject to satisfactory inspection.
