Villa at Casas del Sol Playa Blanca. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms 5 Mins Walk To Shops, Beaches And RestaurantsCasas del Sol is in a prime location opposite a small harbour and only a few minutes walk from the town centre, beaches and restaurants. The complex has its own reception, heated communal pool and tennis courts, all surrounded by well maintained, beautiful gardens. The villa occupies a spacious corner plot providing a private sunny terrace . The villa is homely, clean and well cared for. Patio doors lead into an open plan lounge/dining area incorporating a well equipped kitchen. It has two large bedrooms and two shower rooms plus a smaller single room. The enclosed terrace has chairs and tables for outside dining, comfortable sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine and a retractable sun awning for those who prefer shade. There is a selection of books, DVDs, and beach equipment for the use of guests. The villa also has a TV showing some Uk/children and Irish channels. Cots and high chairs may be hired and there is a weekly maid service with a full clean at the end of each week and min clean/linen change mid week.

The villa having a large enclosed terrace is very suitable for families with young children providing a secure area. Gate can be locked. A covered outdoor eating area. There is one small step onto the patio. Outside: The large terrace is surrounded by colourful and attractive plants. There are tables and chairs for outside dining and chairs for relaxing in the sun. A retractable sun awning provides shade. Large heated shared pool.with seperate childrens pool, sun loungers and umbrellas available, free of charge. The pool is lifeguarded. External Laundry room, with modern washing machine Iron and board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bedlinen are provided.
The villa is fully cleaned at the end of each week when towels and bedlinen will also be changed. Towel/bed linen change and mini clean mid-week.
Other: Recently refurbished, new kitchen. . 2 safes one large enough for a laptop. 3 heaters and a portable radiator for the odd chilly evening.
£650 per week Sunmmer April-October.
£750 per week Winter November-March
2 people.
£8 per night each, extra guests.
Air con and Wifi are free of charge.
A water filter has been fitted no need for those heavy water bottles!

We have stayed in many villas over the years but never had a bed as comfortable as this one (luxury) The patio area is spacious plenty of loungers and chairs for relaxing and the sheltered dining table with wind out awning and BBQ is great. The decor and furniture make the villa cosy and welcoming and shows the owners pride in the property. If you do have a night in, the Tv offers access to almost anything you could want to watch. The resort itself is maintained to a high standard the grounds and heated pool are super and all the staff from reception, maintenance & cleaners are the most friendly and helpful that you could ask for. Location is close to all the amenities, nice and quiet and has a real friendly and secure feel. and is a short walk to the beach, restaurant's, bars and shops, we had a couple of fabulous meals at Asiatico and also Isla Bonita located on the promenade. Elaine the owner was lovely to deal with very helpful and prompt in replying. We used Ziptransfers to and from the airport and found them reliable and prompt as well as being the cheapest. Highly recomend.
Perfect location and lovely villa

This villa is in the perfect location and has everything you need. It's a real home from home feeling but with beautiful views and sunny weather. We absolutely loved our stay here and can't wait to return.

By Jo Mel on 14-Apr-2023Casas Del Sol is our place of choice as so well positioned, and we have stayed in many different bungalows over the last ten years. 26D was certainly amongst the best! Well equipped, spacious with a sun filled patio, it was just wonderful. Great communication with the hosts (very little to be fair, as all communictaion was extremely informative and clear and concise!). Loved it!
Fabulous holiday at Casas del Sol!
By Cara on 27-Aug-2017Our second visit to Casas del Sol and we love it. The villa is so homely with everything we could possibly need. The staff on site are very helpful too. Easy to walk to the local restaurants and bars. There is a small shop on site or the local shop is only a 5 minute walk. The pool area is always clean and a life guard on duty. We are looking forward to returning.
Peaceful, comfortable and all you need
By Richard Sinclair on 06-Sep-2017The great holiday experience started from when I sent the enquiry, Elaine responded quickly and with all the extra information I needed. This was my first time in Lanzarote, but Elaine put my mind at ease about finding the complex. Once there, there is reception 'support' to give you the key, help you find the villa and anything else you need in the complex or Playa Blanca. The villa is deceptively spacious and has lots of room for 5 adults for a week or two. Kitchen is well equipped and modern with everything you need for a fully self-catering break, and the two shower rooms are clean and modern. For windy hot days the terrace is well protected from the wind and a real sun trap; if it rains there is satellite telly, dvd player with shelves of dvds, loads of books and free Wi-Fi. The reception sells a couple of items - water, drinks, ice-creams; there's a Spar and a bank only 5 minutes' walk down the road, and the complex is well situated for all of Playa Blanca's attractions, shops and restaurants (try Mama Rosa for Tapas!) but just away from the centre so is quiet. All the villas' design and great use of landscaping (beautiful bougainvillea and cacti) means you don't feel too close to your neighbours. All in all, we had a fab holiday in 26D, the owners have made the place comfortable and beautiful. Stop looking, you've found the best place!
Really lovely fortnight.
By Julie Glass on 01-Aug-2017We stayed here from 5/8/17 to 19/8/17 as a family of 5. Before even booking right through to arriving the owner was fab., really helpful & informative. It made the whole process less stressful. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and not having to pack towels was great. The recent refurbishments was a lovely surprise and the entertainment available was great. Our only slight disappointment was with the communual pool which was very salty. However this was not a reflection on 26D. We would highly recommend.
