Description
Casa del Paraiso is a bright modern gated four bedroom detached villa situated in the sought after Parque del Rey. Located a short 15 minute pleasant walk to the town centre with the beaches and amenities.The villa has its own private 8x4 mtr pool with a solar pool cover to help keep the pool heat in when not in use. The pool is electrically heated between Nov-Mar (outside these months it can be heated at an additional cost booked directly with the owner).
Set in a large secluded south facing spacious terrace and garden area with sun-beds, alfresco dining table and chairs under the pergola and bistro table and chairs. The villa also has a BBQ and a pool table for you to use at your leisure.
The villa is equipped with FREE fibre optic Wi-Fi with a good selection of TV channels accessible.
Air conditioning is available in the lounge, and the two double bedrooms which are pay-as-you-go coin operated situated behind the front door on the wall.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dolce gusto coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. In the utility area there is a washing machine, under counter extra fridge, iron and iron board
The lounge has 2 leather sofas and a 48in flat screen smart TV, DVD.
Leading onto the dining room seating for 8 with doors opening onto the terrace & pool.
There are two bathrooms one an en-suite to the master bedroom with a large bath (although it is a jacuzzi bath the pumps are unavailable but the bath is still usable for you to relax in) the other bathroom has a double shower. A wall fitted hairdryer in the en-suite and a hairdryer in the other bathroom cabinet is provided.
The Villa has four comfortable bedrooms 2 double beds and 4 single beds sleeping up to eight guests. There is a safe in the master double bedroom. A travel style cot and high chair is also provided.

All guests from the age of 14yrs staying in private accommodation in Spain are legally required to register their details with the Spanish Ministry of Interior (Government), we use the secure check-in-scan app for convenience. Shortly after booking an email link will be sent to you from Check-in-scan for you to complete and submit prior to your arrival.

Coin-operated air conditioning which we didn't need in November. Nice outdoor seating area. Pool table. Plenty of sun loungers and the pool was a great temperature. The teens spent hours in there. Great location, quiet area, easy 15 minute walk down a pedestrianised path, (with kids play park, paddle board courts etc.) into the town. Plenty of nice restaurants down on the front. Beach; safe to swim, snorkel, lots of fish/crabs to look at. Had a great time. Would definitely stay again.

Felt very secure with locked gate and alarm system. Loads of space around the villa to just lounge around the pool and relax with privacy and quietness. Jo the property manager was a fantastic help both before and during our holiday. Jackie the villa owner was always very quick to respond to any communications. Thank you for a fantastic villa and holiday experience.

Fantastic Villa
By Claire Bowen on 11-Aug-2025The villa is beautiful, the outside area is huge and plenty of seating and sun loungers. Inside the beds were super comfy and the kitchen was really well stocked. Milk, water, tea, coffee, sugar, wine and beer left for out arrival which was most welcome and meant we didn’t have to venture out until the next morning. Communication with the owner was great and very quick. The best villa we have stayed in

Amazing villa
By Andrea on 30-Jul-2025Fantastic 2 week stay. Jackie and Martin are great hosts and any questions we had were promptly answered. The villa was immaculate on arrival and has everything you need. Beds are the most comfy we have ever had in a villa. The pool is great with plenty of sun beds, and the kids love the pool table. Parque del rey is a fab location, a few minutes drive to the beach, a 15 minute walk down the red road into town, and only a few minutes drive to the new Lidl which was great for shopping. We travel to Playa Blanca every year, and our kids have decided this is the only villa they want us to book in the future as they love it so much! 😍 Thank you Jackie and Martin for a lovely stay at your beautiful villa.
