Two twin bedrooms one of them having an ensuite shower room. There is another separate shower room. All the bedrooms have doors leading onto small terraces.
A staircase leads up to the upper level where you will find the master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and doors leading out to a terrace with a table and chairs, plus an ensuite bathroom with corner bath, large walk in shower, twin sinks, toilet and bidet. On this level is also another terrace with two sun loungers and a luxury hot tub.
On the lower level of the property you have a twin bedroom and a separate apartment.
The separate apartment has an open plan lounge/dining area with leather settee which can be turned into a double sofa bed suitable for 2 young children (which in effect means the villa can sleep 10 adults and 2 small children), flat screen TV for use with a DVD player only and doors leading out onto a small terrace, kitchenette with oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, etc. The lounge opening through to a double bedroom with queen (135cm) size bed and ensuite shower room.
Also on the lower level is a games/TV room with flat screen TV and X-box 360 (please bring your own games and handheld controllers for the X-box 360).
A pool table is supplied for fun with the family.
Outside there is a large covered BBQ area with seating for up to 10 guests, a large terrace with gorgeous sea views (10 sun beds) and the heated infinity edge pool (size approximately 10m x 5.5m, depth approximately 1.4m to 1.7m).
Two hairdryers are supplied, a safe and electric fans. All linen and bath/hand, pool and tea towels are provided, so no need to use up valuable luggage space.
Internet access is available with this villa at no additional cost.
The villa is fully registered as a rental property with the local Ayuntamiento (council), the registration number is E-35-3-0000545.
There is a returnable £250 damage bond payable with this villa.
