This lovely Vacation Rental Home is within walking distance of the Marina Rubicon with its exclusive selection of waterfront bars, restaurants and designer shops, as well as being conveniently situated for the Playa Dorada and Costa Papagayo Beaches.This Vacation Rental Home affording a spacious corner plot with views down to the Marina and across the ocean to Fuerteventura.
Along with a hot tub to sit and soak whilst admiring the stars.
The Vacation Rental Home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the double room is located upstairs with a 160cm bed, with its own bathroom with twin sinks, a walk in shower, toilet and a bidet. This bedroom has its own outdoor terrace with a table and 2 chairs to sit and admire the views. The twin room is located on the ground floor.
There are two coin operated air-con unites one in the Master bedroom and the other in the lounge. The coin unit is situated by the front door. A stand up fan is provided for the twin room.
The light airy kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. The washing machine is located in the outside utility area off the kitchen.
The open plan lounge and dining area has patio doors giving access to the pool, hot tub, garden and the alfresco dining area with an outside patio and table set.
In the lounge area there is a flat screen 55 inch Smart TV with IPTV, UK channels including ITV and BBC, Netflix and many others.
An L shaped ratan sofa has been provided for lounging on and a large Canarian BBQ has been installed for the chef of the family.
The luxury hot tub is located by the pool so while mum and dad have a soak the kids can play happily in the pool.
The Vacation Rental Home has its own electrically heated pool with pool lights that change colour with steps to enter. Pool size 4 x 3m and 1.1m to 1.2m depth. There are 4 sun loungers and a parasol for those looking for some shade.
An iron and board, hair dryer and personal safe are also provided.
Off road parking is available.

The mood lighting was beautiful. Owner and villa management were superb and responded any of our questions quickly. No negatives for us.
Great location

Lovely and very peaceful

From the initial enquiry and booking which was extremely easy nothing was too much trouble. Full details were sent along with instructions and lots of useful information regarding not only the villa but all about the resort and the island. On arrival the villa was exactly how it was described and fully met our expectations. Clean and well maintained with lots of little extra touches. The kitchen had everything you could need and more, pool towels were provided as well. The outside area, pool and Jacuzzi were lovely and very peaceful. The villa was an approximate 20/25 minute walk from the marina but we decided mainly due to the heat to travel by taxi (approx €3.50 each way to the marina) and the telephone number thoughtfully provided by Lanzluxury Villas. So well done team LLV and thanks for a lovely short break.
