Description
The Villa is situated within a 5 minute walk of the Marina Rubicon with its water front bars, restaurants and designer shops.This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom (all en suite) large Canarian style Villa with electrically heated pool, hot tub and air conditioning is in a fantastic location close to everything so a car is not required at all.
The lounge has air con, leather sofas, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD music system. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons, including oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
All 3 bedrooms have air con and are ensuite and have patio doors that lead to the pool/garden area. The main bedroom and second bedroom have twin beds in a king size frame and are made up as a king. The other bedroom has twin beds.
Outside you will find the electrically heated pool surrounded by decking, ideal for relaxing in the sun whilst enjoying the great level of privacy offered by the surrounding walls. You will need to provide your own pool towels. There is a BBQ for the chef of the house to show off his fire starting skills.
Pool size: approximately 8m x 4m, 1.75m deep throughout. Ladder to enter.
WiFi is provided at no additional cost.
A cot and high chair are also available on request.

Villa 206
By Helen on 01-May-202027th July 2019 -Just returned from 2 weeks in this lovely , spacious villa and would highly recommend it. The villa was very well equipped and even larger than it looked on the photos. Gary, who manages the villa, came to introduce himself shortly after our arrival and was on hand throughout the holiday if needed. which was very reassuring. The outside area is fabulous- a good size pool and high quality furniture and loungers. (There is even a sit-up bar!!) The location is great-very central to the shops and restaurants in the Marina and just a short stroll into Playa Blanca itself-no car needed. The booking process went smoothly and we would certainly try to stay here again the next time we return to Lanzarote.

By Carill on 13-Aug-2017Lovely stay in villa 206 – if you have any questions don’t be scarred to ring Gary the manger, he’s very helpful. Lanis snack bar is excellent. Do not be fooled by the wind and wear sun lotion!
Wonderful holiday
By Hamiltons on 16-Jul-2017Thank you for a wonderful holiday. The villa was perfect for our family break in Lanzarote. Great location near the Marina, supermarket and beaches. We love that we can walk with our 8,6 and 4 year olds to our favourite food places (Lanis and Casa Roja) The villa was perfect for our family of 5. Really homely and welcoming. We would definitely use and recommend your villa again. Love Lanzarote, love Playa Blanca and villa 206! Many thanks.
