Beautiful Vacation Rental Home with private heated pool and Jacuzzi Hot TubThis lovely Vacation Rental Home is set in an elevated position on the side of Montana Roja it has fabulous views over Playa Blanca to the Femes mountains and across the ocean.
The Vacation Rental Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of the bedrooms are ensuite., all bedrooms have air-conditioning (coin operated)
In the stylish lounge there is a sofa, large flat screen TV, and a dining area with seating for 6 guests. Patio doors lead out from the lounge onto the terrace and pool area.
The well fitted out kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker.
The large master suite has a kingsize bed, a seating area with a sofa and flat screen TV with a WII. An ensuite bathroom which has a toilet, bidet, sink and bath with shower over. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite with a toilet, bidet, sink and bath with shower over. In the third bedroom there are twin beds and access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
A built in Canarian BBQ has also been provided so that the “Jamie Oliver” amongst you can rustle up something tasty. There is comfortable “chill out” area with rattan furniture to relax and enjoy a cold glass of sangria or one of the excellent local wines.
Outside on the terrace where you can sit and savour the gorgeous views, you have a private electrically heated pool (size approximately 7m x 3m, ranging from 1,35m to 1.6m in depth) with Roman steps for access. There are six sun beds available.
In the garden there is a grassed area where the hot tub is situated and you can enjoy alfresco-dining whilst watching darkness fall over Playa Blanca and the lights twinkling.
Normal towels and linen are supplied plus 2 hairdryers, an adults and a childs.
A personal safe is also available.
From the terrace there is a separate room that houses the snooker/pool table and a safe and a drinks fridge.
There is also ample off road parking.
WIFI provided free of charge at this Villa.

By John Graham on 06-Jan-2025We just got back from holiday and i must say we all really enjoyed it.The villa was nearly perfect the views were stunning and the location was what we all wanted not to far from town and not to near we were lucky to have good neighbours which was a bonus hopefully they can say the same.Could you tell the villa owners we loved the villa and will come back if they will have us and the villa is available on dates that we would come back out. Thank you for letting us stay at your villa definitely would come back
Amazing
By John on 02-Dec-2017The elevated position of villa 495 is out of the main Playa Blanca town and so a car hire is recommended. The views of Playa Blanca in the distance with the flickering lights at night is beautiful. The pool and hot tub are a real benefit. The tub is surrounded by artifical grass ( real grass does not thrive in the Sahara type conditions!) and is very soft on your feet. There is a games room and barbecue, but we did not need to use either. The external dining area is convenient to the barbecue and the well-equipped kitchen. There is sufficient space for the family. There were 4 adults and a baby in our party in November and we enjoyed the peace and tranquillity. The three bathrooms were clean and well equipped; very convenient for the family. Enjoy your stay.
