You can park up to three cars right outside the front door in your private driveway.
The swimming pool is 12mts x 7 mts and is for your sole use. It has a shallow end for kids (2.0 feet).The deep end is 5.5feet.
Both south facing sunbathing terraces are sun traps, and are equipped with sun loungers and mattresses.
The focal point of the villa is the upper semi covered terrace and much of your stay will be spent here, relaxing, cooking on the built-in barbeque and dining with sea views to Fuerteventura over Playa Blanca.
There is an al-fresco dining table seating up to 10, where guests can have family meals.
American Seagul 1V water purifier, sweet fresh drinking water on tap in the kitchen, no more carrying water bottles back from the supermarket
Broadband Internet is included in the price!
Pergolas, doors and windows are all double glazed in white.
Modern security alarm system! one button push for on/off.
Two south facing sunbathing terraces, with sunbeds, mattresses, patio furniture for al-fresco dining. Well stocked gardens with tropical palm trees.
The villa is situated within a 1000sq mt walled plot, Private driveway for parking right outside the front door. Helicol SOLAR pool heating system in operation from October to May. Aquadreams solar pool cover must be put on overnight! Utility Room: Utility area with auto washing machine, and large drying space with clothes lines.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / included. Maid service: Weekly clean and change of linen and towels included only for TWO WEEK BOOKINGS. For 8-13 day bookings maid service is optional at £95.00 for a mid-term full clean and linen/towel change!

Prices are for two persons, please add £100.00 per person per week.

Maid service after 7 nights for two week bookings, please enquire for maid service for 8 - 13 nights

No teens and twenties.
Maximum of three children.
Baby at £60.00 per week inc. cot/high chair.
Bedroom occupancy: 2 persons = 1 double + 1 twin. 3 persons = 1 double + 1 twin. 4 persons = 1 double + 2 twins. 5 persons 1 double + 2 twins, 6/7/8 persons = 1 doubles + 4 twins.
If 4/5 persons require all 5 bedrooms there is a supplement of £40.00 per week, If 3 persons require 3 bedrooms £30.00 supplement.
Electric wheel chairs: There is a supplement of £20.00 per week to cover charging.

Just what we needed
By John Stevenson on 07-Jul-2025Keiths villa was just what we needed, it was like Home from Home perfectly situated not too far away from the beaches local attractions. The pool was nice and big and the grandson really enjoyed that every day he didn't want to leave so much so we extended for an extra couple of days. The Villa has everything you need very clean and well equipped. The wife has already said we would Hire the Villa out again, if anything a couple of parasols for a bit of shade when you're sunbathing I didn't bother me but the wife would prefer
A fabulous spacious villa
By Angela on 13-Jun-2025We had another wonderful week at Villa Dakota . It has everything you need to have a comfortable home from home experience. The large pool is glorious for swimming or just to cool off . Lots of outdoor space to sunbathe / eat . Such a quiet area to relax in . Keith the host is so attentive and just a lovely guy . The villa has a small supermarket at the end of the road which is so handy . The beach and other shops are a 15 min walk but a lovely walk . Close to Montana roja which my son loved climbing both times we visited . You can stand on the terrace and look over to Fuerteventura which is stunning . It’s just a great place to be and we will definitely return .

Wonderful Villa and Host
By Ann on 22-Mar-2025We stayed for 2 weeks in this villa and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the south facing balcony - sun all day! Keith is a superb and attentive host. There was a problem with the sound on the TV but Keith came over the next morning to check it and the following day a replacement TV was in place. Outstanding attention to guests. If we return to Lanzarote it will be to one of Keith's villas.
Great villa
By Ashley on 03-Oct-2024Fantastic stay here, Keith was a brilliant host and always at the end of the phone if any issues. Villa is massive, loads of space if you’re a big family or groups of friends. Drinking water on a tap was a bonus Couple of small shops 5 mins walk for essentials, main town quite a walk, but taxi rank and bus stop at the end of the street. Would definitely return or use Keith’s other villas in the future.
