A large sun terrace includes a private heated pool and spectacular views of Montana Roja. Casa Maria has free high speed Wi-Fi and streamed TV (all popular UK channels). The local shops, bars and a variety of different restaurants are within easy walking distance. There is also a nearby bus stop for the circular service around Playa Blanca.

Faro Park is located less than a 40 min drive from Lanzarote airport, a 5 min drive from Playa Blanca town centre and a 5 minute walk from the seafront promenade.

Casa Maria is a beautiful, modern, fully equipped & well maintained . It has everything to ensure you have a fabulous holiday.

Casa Maria has a private heated pool and guests also have access to the larger communal pool. The patio area is fully enclosed and private with stunning views of Montana Roja. The terrace is south facing and has sun coverage all day long

Casa Maria has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, (one en-suite) both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes.

The master bedroom has a large queen sized double bed. Patio doors lead directly from the master bedroom onto the sun terrace. The fully equipped ensuite bathroom is accessed via an internal door off the bedroom. The ensuite comprises of: bath, shower, sink and toilet. A hair dryer is also provided.

The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, which allows for more flexible sleeping arrangements. This bedroom has access to the main bathroom located in the hall. This bathroom is equipped with: shower, basin and toilet.

All beds have recently been renewed and are fitted with high quality memory foam mattresses to ensure you get the good nights sleep you deserve when on holiday.

There are external breakfast & dining areas for combined alfresco/covered dining. There is also a stone built BBQ for outdoor cooking.

The kitchen has: cooker/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. A washing machine, iron and board are located in the utility area.

The lounge has a pair of dark brown leather settees with wooden coffee table and side units. The entertainment systems include a 50″ flat screen TV, UK Cable TV and combined CD/DVD player with a selection of DVDs. There is a Bose dock system to allow streaming of music from phones & tablets.

The French doors from the lounge and from the master bedroom lead to an extended terrace, complete with table & chairs, 6 sun loungers, Rattan armchair and sofa.

The pool is electrically heated all year round (included in rental price) and runs at a temperature of approx. 28 degrees centigrade. Guests also have access to the 24m communal pool.

Notes
Casa Maria is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. The private swimming pool is professionally cleaned weekly. During your stay, all linen and towels including a beach towel are provided.

A supermarket for basic supplies is 200m walk from the villa. The bus stop which provides a circular service around Playa Blanca is 400m walk from the property.

Children of 12 and over are welcome.

Rates are based on 2 adults for a week (Additional Guests are charged at +£10 per night each):

A non refundable deposit of £150 per week of stay is required to secure dates. The balance being payable 8 weeks prior to stay.
