Description
The semi-detached villa has 119 sqm of living space and is 100m from the sea. It is in one of the sunniest and best parts of South Tenerife and has open sea views towards the island of La Gomera. It offers comfortable, well appointed accommodation over two floors, with terraces on both levels plus a high walled garden, and can receive unrestricted sunshine all day. The complex has a large, filtered seawater swimming pool (heated in winter) surrounded by sunbathing decks, with its own bar/restaurant and supermarket on-site. The house and its location are ideal for families with many more bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and amusements close by, and the beachfront walk stretches for miles in both directions.The villa was fully renovated in 2017.

By H Patel on 29-May-2025There is nothing to complain as first of all in one of the best locations in Tenerife, by the sea, easy to walk to everywhere. Villa was great, with plenty of space for a family with a garden. Swimming pool nice and clean Well kept community

5 star villa
By Orla McCormick on 10-Sep-2021The villa is just fantastic!! 5 star all the way.So spacious and airy. Myself, my husband and our 4 teenagers stayed for 10 days in august 2021 so it was hot weather but yet even at night with the ceiling fans on and doors to balcony open it was just beautiful. The master bedroom is amazing, the bed is extremely comfortable, 2 balconies one which was big enough for us all to dine on at night watching the sunset over the sea. Stunning views (although a car park between the villa and the sea). The kitchen has absolutely everything you could think of to be able to cook a 4 course meal, and simple things like tin foil and cling film, teabags coffee sachets and some milk, all make such a difference.. Each bedroom had a bathroom! My 4 teenage children were delighted no waiting for showers in the evening or ‘hogging’ the mirror arguments. The outside furniture was plentiful with2 parasols, awnings, large and small table on patio downstairs and 2 tables on the balconies. I think I counted 8 sun loungers all with mattresses. The gardener was in2 or 3 times cutting the grass and watering, the garden was spacious and walled in so very safe for young children. A cupboard full of board games for all ages, the Jenga was a particular fav of ours. Packs of cards and lots of books to keep you occupied. The beach outside the villa is the surfers beach so lots of activity, but stones. But just a short stroll to the left and you are on a gorgeous safe beach with life guards. The small supermarket for essentials was literally 2 mins away with fresh pastries and bread each morning. We walked to a very up market mercadona (about 1.2milea) and did a big shop and got a taxi back with all the groceries €6!! I honestly was so happy and relaxed in the villa and it definitely made our holiday feel very 5 star!!! Susan was an absolute pleasure to deal with and so informative with all the right detailed information… I would highly recommend Susan and her villa to anyone. Thank you so much Susan, we will be back ☀️☀️☀️
