We are Jeff & Maggie Elliott and this is our holiday home (i.e. not an investment/rental property but our home from home for about 20 weeks per year). You will be renting direct from the owner and not an agent, we do have local a representative to meet & greet and provide back up services.
The property is available for rental during the period mid June through to September as we come & go throughout the remainder of the year.
We have owned the property since 2007 and it has been refurbished throughout to a very high standard.
The property has everything you will need for a great holiday. Our property has previously been advertised on Owners Direct (until Dec 2017) we withdrew our property when the site started charging a booking fee to the customer and also wanted to take all bookings directly. As this is our home, I like to talk to all potential clients to ascertain that our property and Villacana is suitable for them. Also worth noting is the price quoted is fully inclusive, some agents charge extra for air conditioning use, electricity, TV rental etc.
For your security we take payment for deposit and balance from a credit card via a Revolut secure Bank link, we don't actually see your card details.

THE PROPERTY: (Andalucía tourist Registration No: CTC-201626420)
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, town house, with a large roof terrace. (master bedroom is en suite and has a superking sized bed and the 2nd bedroom is a twin).
Both bedrooms and the entire ground floor are air conditioned.
There is Fibre optic WIFI (40mbps) and TV with 20 plus English speaking channels (Inc BBC 1 & 2 & ITV 1 &2).
In addition to the roof terrace there is a ground floor enclosed terrace with the benefit of an electric Webber BBQ, a cool place to relax on a hot summer evening.

Villacana resort is located on the beach and has a great beach club with a large pool, the resort also has 3 smaller pools. All pools have glass safety barriers.
Our property location is in Villacana South and is 50 yards from the nearest small pool, and 150 yards from the Beach club where the main large pool is located.. Please note Villacana South is all privately owned properties and not to be confused with Villacana North (approx. 1/2 mile away) which is a MacDonald's time share resort, this incidentally is also kept in immaculate condition.
At the Beach Club there are the following restaurants and bars:
Aztec Poolside Bar/Restaurant: open from breakfast through to approx.11pm (Ground level at the Beach club)
Baraka Beach Bar/Restaurant: Mid morning through to late. (On the beach at the Beach Club)
Enrique's Bistro Bar/Restaurant: open from breakfast to midnight. (First level overlooking the Beach Club).
"90 Miles" Bar Restaurant and night club opens 5pm till late (very late) has live entertainment most nights. First level overlooking Beach Club.
Situated at the top end of Villacana is Gregorios bar & restaurant open 5pm till late.
Please note Children are welcome in all the above bars/restaurants (90 miles has a junior Karaoke sessions on a regular basis).
There is also a well stocked mini market on site (approx. 150 yards from the house).
In addition there are 3 Supermarkets (Lidel, Mercadona and Super Sol) less than 5 minutes drive away.
Villacana also has a reception which is open daily to assist you and arrange excursions should you require.

Villacana is located about a 10 minute drive away from the towns of Estepona, San Pedro, Puerto Banús and is only 15 minutes from Marbella.
Villacana South is a long-established community of privately-owned properties in one of the finest beachside urbanisations on the Costa del Sol.
All the properties are located within a secure, gated community and during the summer months has 24/7 uniformed security. There are also qualified life guards on duty during the summer months.
Just 10 minutes walk across the main road (via footbridge) is the charming village of Cancelada. There are numerous good quality Bars/Restaurants in Cancelada

We have visited a few times and enjoy this villa more than any other. You can guarantee a five star service from the meet and greet through to departure. The villa is pristine and the location is a beautiful and utterly convenient spot. Thank you to Geoff and his team once again for an amazing holiday. We will obviously keep in touch. New to Simply Owners

As we are new to Simply Owners we have no current reviews for our property, We rented our property via Owners Direct from 2012 to 2017. Owners Direct were then taken over by Home & Away and changed to taking the booking directly online and also charging an administration fee to the customer. In Sept 2017 we withdraw our property from their site however we failed to hang onto our reviews.
