Description
Villa Anna is a wonderful property with a large private swimming pool (26 feet x 16 feet) with terrace area nestled into an old sandstone quarry.The property sits in approx. 1000 sqm. with stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains. It has plenty of terraces to allow you to be in or out of the sun depending on the time of day and year.
The villa has air con in all 3 bedrooms and several stand alone fans, wifi and TV with English channels. Also a log burner and some radiators for the cooler months.
It is a spacious light and airy family home that sleeps 6 in comfort. It has three double bedrooms (1 x double and 2 x twin bedrooms) with two bathrooms (1 family bathroom and 1 shower room).
Marble floors throughout the house which keep the house cool during the summer months, along with high hunting lodge style ceilings in the dining/sitting room.
Air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.
Within easy walking distance (approx 8. mins walk) from the beaches (4 beaches - Cala Molins, Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Carbo) and other amenities, to include a number for good local restaurants, provisions shops, bank, hire shop for bikes, paddle boards and scuba diving and pharmacy.
Cala San Vicente offers great facilities meaning you can leave the car behind if preferred. There is a good local bus service to Pollenca, Puerto Pollenca or even to Palma if you want to explore the beautiful capital.
Villa Anna has proved very popular with families, couples and groups of friends.
Check in time is from 2.00 pm (local time) on the day of arrival.
Check out time is 11.00 am (local time) on the day of departure.
Please note the house is a NO smoking/vaping property.
Minimum rental period is 7 days.
For 2 or more weeks we can offer a discount - please contact us for more information.
Deposits of 50% required to secure a booking which is non-refundable.
Final payments due 6 weeks before arrival date at which point all payments are non-refundable.
On receipt of final payment pre-holiday information notes will be provided to the guest with full details on the property.
Damages - a refundable £500.00 deposit to be paid a minimum of one week before rental date starts.

We're so sad to be leaving tomorrow, we're just prepping our last supper! We've had the best time, this place is very special... We're home and have the holiday blues! We miss the pool and beaches at Villa Anna. Thanks again, we've made some lovely memories here.

We had a wonderful holiday in Cala Sant Vicenç especially the second week when we shared it with the family. They loved exploring the nearby caves too. I particularly appreciated having the house somewhere quiet as I found some of the other places we visited just too full of tourists but Cala seemed to be closing up for the winter. It was great, too, to have somewhere so well equipped so we could cook at home which I find is always easier with children. Charming villa with lovely pool
By Alice C. on 31-Aug-2017We had a lovely weeks stay at Villa Anna with our two young children. The villa is perfectly located for beaches, supermarkets and the charming town of Pollensa. It is comfortable and well equipped. Outside it has perfect and varied areas for barbecuing, sitting, eating and relaxing. The over riding factor for us was that the pool was set away from the house and was gated - a relief with young children. Jan was the perfect host and could not have been more helpful. Would certainly recommend to friends.
