There is no need for a car when staying at The Palms Villa, as the resorts facilities are all within walking distance.
Set in its own gated grounds, the villa is set on one level and furnished to a very high standard. Gated secure parking. Roof terrace with beautiful views to the Tramuntana Mountains.
Designed and furnished to an extremely high standard, with a spacious open plan living space leading out through retracting double doors to the expansive pool decks. Sun loungers, shaded dining table & outdoor settees for all. The private pool is a large 12m x 6m at its widest point, with tiled steps.
Stylish designer handmade kitchen with Bosch appliances and all the expected gadgets and facilities, such as beverage fridge, Tassimo pod coffee machine, fridge, freezer (with rapid freeze compartment), oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave. Large new BBQ for 2016.
The master bedroom, with king sized double bed enjoys the use of its own private ensuite shower room with Hansgrohe fixtures and fittings. French doors lead to a private terrace.
All our bedding is luxurious high count 500 thread Egyptian Cotton.
A further double bedroom with king sized bed and private terrace.
An additional twin bedroom, that can be configured to be a super king double bedroom. We have bedding to suit a this room being twin beds or a double bed.
Shared family bathroom with double sinks.
Bath towels, pool towels, adult bathrobes and complimentary welcome toiletries provided. Hair dryers. Cleaning included before arrival and after departure with a mid week service. Tourist tax also included in our rate.
Air conditioned for summer. Under floor heating for the cooler months.
Free high speed wireless internet. UK TV channels service.

The Villa Is Outstanding.

The Villa is outstanding, and the excellent pool, deck space and outdoor seating options in particular were perfect for our needs. Not too far from the beach, the Pine Walk and plenty of restaurants, with the mini-market close by for daily essentials. Brilliant support on the ground from Debbie who could not have been more helpful. We booked for 2026 before we left!
The Villa Is Set Up Exceptionally.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived great location - lovely decor - comfy beds - and the amazing outdoor space with private pool was a real luxury! Add to this the wonderful agent Debbie who greeted us and explained all we needed to know and the fabulous welcome arrival pack there was just nothing to fault. Would definitely like to return in the future.

A Beautifully Built and Maintained Villa.
By Sean Walsh on 19-Jul-2025A beautifully built and well maintained villa in the desirable Can Singala location of PP. A short walk to the Pine Walk and the excellent gin bar at the Hotel Illa D'or. On arrival we were met with the most generous welcome basket with wine, water, beers, juice, milk, bread, crisps, nuts, yogurts, pizza etc etc. The villa even stocked Yorkshire Tea! Never seen anything like it. The villa is very secure, very clean and finished to a high standard. The rooms are a good size and the living areas have everything you need. Bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries and embroided towels. This is probably one of the most well equipped villas we've ever stayed at. The poor is a fantastic size and there's plenty of sunbeds and seating outdoors in this quiet little area of town. Wifi was good. TV included British TV channels/Netflix etc. There is a washing machine in a seperate section outside and even more sunbeds on the roof! There's plenty of places to park outside and it was very easy to find. Communication with the owners and the villa manager was excellent. Debbie came and met us on arrival and explained everything in the villa and was on hand for any questions. We wouldn't hesitate in returning to this villa again and highly recommend it.
