Our newly renovated Villa is perfect for couples, friends or a family looking to surround yourself with nature!
With stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains and amazing sunsets!
Our pretty rustic style villa sits on its own in a fabulous garden full of trees and native plants which attracts lots of unusual birds and butterflies. It has a large private rustic style pool exclusively for your use and a wooden pagoda in the garden
It is in the perfect location set in the countryside but only 10 minutes drive from the lovely beaches and towns of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia Old Town. Only 40 minutes drive from Palma Airport on the motorway. We can give you our car hire and airport taxi contacts if needed
The Villa has 2 ensuite bedrooms, 1 king size bed and 2 twin beds. We also have a small fold-out bed if required. Please ask us if you need it. You will sleep in 100% cotton sheets / covers or a duvet for colder nights. Air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms for your comfort . Each bedroom has its own bathroom and built-in wardrobes
The typical Mallorcan style hand painted kitchen is fully equipped for all you foodies or if you just want to make a snack! You will find a full cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a wine fridge
Our large living room with a typical high beamed ceiling has comfy sofas where you can relax and look at the amazing views. There is a large cupboard with books & games. We also have an information folder with suggestions for places to visit, lovely beaches & activities such as cycle hire, watersports etc
There is a wood burning stove in the living room should you need it on cooler evenings
Free Wi-Fi and Netflix
Why not enjoy our large private pool then relax on the many sunny terraces. There is also a large covered terrace with dining area and sofas
A BBQ is available for your use * The 9 metre long rustic style pool is 1.4 - 1.6 metres deep with roman steps for easy access. There are 4 sun loungers and plenty of extra seating round the terraces

Sorry no pets or animals allowed ~ Please don't smoke inside the house ~ Children aged over 4 are very welcome at our villa

By Stephanie Marshall on 15-Aug-2025Our experience was made stress free by the warmth and attentiveness of the owners, whose hospitality was more like a family friend than someone we were renting a villa from. The pictures on the website do not do justice to how beautiful the house was itself when we arrived. One of the standout features of our stay was the genuine care and friendliness shown by the villa owners. From our very first contact, their response time was impeccable — every message was answered swiftly, and no question was ever too much trouble. They provided helpful guidance on everything from car hire options to the must-see local attractions, effortlessly sharing their inside knowledge of the region. Any minor issues that cropped up during our stay were dealt with immediately. On one occasion, we had a small problem with the air conditioning, and the manager, Tabita worked with the owners and responded almost instantly to get the issue rectified. The villa itself is a haven of tranquility. The grounds have mature trees, flowering plants, and multiple, thoughtfully arranged, seating areas, fire pits and BBQ. To our amusement, a little frog enjoyed sunbathing on the pool steps and the owners said if we looked hard enough, we may be able to see the owl that lives in the trees or the pine martins that sometimes make an appearance. The living areas are equally inviting. The villa offers superb Wi-Fi, which kept everyone happy. For quieter moments, there is a generous collection of books and games available. Excellently equipped kitchen and bathrooms with decent fluffy towels and bedding. Comfiest villa bed I have slept in so far. The swimming pool was a highlight for the entire family; its size and depth were perfect for both games and swimming for the adults and our 2 sons (10 and 12). They enjoyed helping miguel the pool man, when he came to visit. Location was perfect, tucked away in peaceful area a short drive from Pollenca and Alcudia. Both worth exploring.
Our Lovely Majorca holiday
By David Howells on 25-Jul-2025We booked our holiday in February 25 and right from the outset the communication and friendly tone of conversation with Linda put us at ease about our booking. We (my wife our 10yr old son and me) arrived in Palma quite late on a Friday night and we were a little bit apprehensive about finding the villa in the dark. However Linda’s directions were easy to follow and we found it without any wrong turns at all! Also the directions to use the key-safe box were simple and we were soon parked up ready to settle in to our holiday home. It was a lovely surprise to see that the fridge had some really nice provisions in to make ourselves some food and have a glass of wine! The villa was spotlessly clean and we felt it was much roomier than we’d expected. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more and the instructions for all of the appliances are available and easy to follow. We eventually went to bed, excited to see our villa in the daylight the next morning. After a great sleep in our air conditioned rooms we awoke and explored. We were all surprised at how much room we had. The grounds are huge and really well planted. The pool was also bigger than we’d imagined and as we very soon found out, was the perfect temperature. Later that day Linda sent a nice message asking if we’d settled in ok and it’s fair to say we had settled in really well, feeling very relaxed and comfortable! We had a car, which we felt was essential with the location and over the next 10 days we had days out in Alcudia, Alcanada, Puerto Pollenca, Formentor and Palma but we always looked forward to getting back to our lovely villa! We made great use of the outside areas where you can sit in various places around the gardens and of course the gorgeous pool. Our beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms modern with great showers! Wi-Fi is good and it is a very calm place where you have the chance to really relax and wind down. We all loved the villa and had a fantastic holiday,
Gorgeous villa in perfect surroundings
By Victoria on 07-Jul-2025We loved our 10 day stay, it was a perfect holiday for us a family of 4. The villa has everything you need, very clean and well kept. The garden and pool area is brilliant - lots of space for children to play and explore whilst also a relaxing and peaceful setting to wind down. Easy to get to from the airport, provided us with a perfect base to explore the surrounding area. Close to nearby towns with ample choice of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets. Linda is a brilliant host, very helpful and happy to contacted anytime. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return!
Beautiful villa

The villa is within easy driving distance of Alcudia old town, & port, pollensa etc Linda was great at communicating with us and any issues were dealt with quickly.
Perfect retreat

The garden is amazing! So natural, rustic and peaceful with the mountains catching the sunset and the owls in the nearby trees. My children and I would love to visit again.
Excellent Villa in great location
By Pauline and David on 02-Jun-2025We thoroughly recommend this villa for a lovely, relaxing holiday in rural Majorcan countryside. The villa is very well equipped and clean. The garden is beautiful with all the flowers, shrubs and palm trees and lovely to have a swimming pool to keep cool. We hired a car at Palma airport so we were able to get out to local restaurants and the beach.
