The rooftop terrace offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Tramuntana mountains (UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011).

The apartment has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two en suite, 1 separte), a grand kitchen that is completely equipped with separate laundry area and a marvellous living room with integrated dining area. The lounge area opens to the terraces that are perfect for relaxing or for entertaining, views are of the delightful gardens and the pool. With air conditioning and private covered parking space. Perfect holiday in Puerto Pollensa

We stayed in this wonderful Penthouse apartment in the beautiful Puerto Pollensa. The property is in a perfect location, only 200 metres from the Pine Walk and the beach. The apartment is well equiped with good quality appliances. The property is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. It had everything that you could ever want including table tennis on the roof top which was perfect location to watch the sun go down and even beach towels which was a lovely touch. The community area of the Bellresguard was well kept and the pool was perfect - warm and very quiet most days. There was a lovely restaurant and shop on site and they offer the best paella. The apartment is in a perfect location - nice and quiet but a short stroll along the Pine Walk you come to all the great restaurants and cocktails bars. There is so much to do from kayaking, paddle boarding, boat trips/hire and historical sites of interest. The owner was very helpful prior to arrival and also during our stay. We all had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this Penthouse apartment to anyone who wants to stay in such perfect accommodation and a lovely location.

Everything you could ask for and more

We are just back from a two week break staying in this wonderful appointment. Our party compiled of two families of 4 with two 10year old boys and two 5 year old girls. As the tittle stars the apartment has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday from spacious bedrooms all with air con which came in very handy in the heat to a wonderfully modern kitchen stacked with cooking material. We did cook a few nights along with Carry outs from the wonderful local restaurants for the nights that we felt the kids could do with an earlier night. Allowing us to make full use of the amazing roof top terrace while the boys played the PlayStation or watched the World Cup on then tv. Although the pool is a shared pool we very rarely seen anyone else at it during our stay so almost like your own pool. We were sue to have a mid stay clean which never happened and after a quick email to the owner Michael to notify him more for his information as we were not that bothered as we are not a messy group, within 2 hours a team of cleaners were in the apartment cleaning away. This is the sort of service you can expect when dealing with Michale he is very prompt in replying to any questions or concerns you may have. He even arranged our transfer to and from the airport which was seamless. I would have no concerns in booking again and if it was not due to possibly just one family next year we would have already booked with him.

Just returned from a weeks stay. Absolutely great location and apartment. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable break. Even in the middle of August the pool was never over crowded. Booking a villa / apartment and trusting that what you book will be as expected is always the hardest part of booking a vacation. But not with this apartment; the owners are the most communicative, supportive and friendly we've dealt with. They go beyond - they even helped book our transfer. The apartment is a perfect 'home' for a family of a group of friends. Great social spaces plus a large enough apartment/bedrooms that you never feel cramped. Will always book this apartment if staying in Puerto Pollensa
