The flat is located near the Sis Pins Hotel and the start of the Pine Walk, 5 minutes from the Town Centre. The bedrooms, and the living room are air conditioned.

The beach is situated 50 yards away.
There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the apartment block, with many bars and restaurants nearby.

The flat is on the fourth floor of the block (with a lift) and consists of :-
A Drawing Room / Dining Room, comfortably furnished.
One Double Bedroom with twin beds.
One Single Bedroom.
The kitchen is modern with a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, an electric oven and hob.
Just off the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine, and water softener.
A bathroom with a large shower, a w.c, and a wash-basin.
A long balcony, with table & chairs, which has a wonderful view of the marina, bay and beach below.

Delightful Apartment

We were lucky enough to be able to book this beautiful apartment at relatively short notice! The flat itself was an absolute delight to stay in. Location wise it couldn’t have been more ideal at just a stones throw away from the beautiful seafront, a range of amazing restaurants, bars & shops. The decor of the flat was extremely tasteful and all the furnishings were very comfortable. The views were simply stunning from the balcony of the flat, and overall the apartment had such a great feel to it! Shortly after we arrived, we were greeted by the rep, Julian, who was at hand to show us around and tell us a bit about the area. This really helped to start our holiday in the right way, and day by day we were even more amazed with the beautiful Puerto Pollensa. I couldn’t recommend this flat and location enough! If you get the chance to have a holiday here I’m sure you will have an absolutely fantastic stay. I can’t wait to book the flat again for our next summer holiday.

Beautiful Sea Views

Puerto Pollensa Bay must be one of the most beautiful sea views in the world and this apartment is brilliantly placed to enjoy that view every day of your holiday . I have used the apartment a number of times for spring / autumn cycling holidays It is ideally located in a quiet central area close to lots of restaurants , bars and supermarkets and is very much front line for the beach. With a good heating / air conditioning system , wifi , satellite tv , washing machine and comprehensive cooking facilities , it has everything you need for a very comfortable holiday I have been to Puerto Pollensa over 40 times over the last 20 years and this is my favourite 'holiday home'. An added advantage is the availability of a local apartment manager if you experience any problems. For me the whole package adds up to 5 stars

Over 20 years of use

My wife and I have been staying in this apartment every May for the past twelve years, for us it is simply perfect. The apartment is very well equipped throughout and from a very spacious balcony the views of Puerto Pollensa are unparalleled, the beach and fine restaurants being barely a hundred yards away is an added bonus.
