The flat is located near the Sis Pins Hotel and the start of the Pine Walk, 5 minutes from the Town Centre. The bedrooms, and the living room are air conditioned.
The beach is situated 50 yards away.
There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the apartment block, with many bars and restaurants nearby.
The flat is on the fourth floor of the block (with a lift) and consists of :-
A Drawing Room / Dining Room, comfortably furnished.
One Double Bedroom with twin beds.
One Single Bedroom.
The kitchen is modern with a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, an electric oven and hob.
Just off the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine, and water softener.
A bathroom with a large shower, a w.c, and a wash-basin.
A long balcony, with table & chairs, which has a wonderful view of the marina, bay and beach below.
NOTE: During peak season we only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings

By Charlotte on 05-Jul-2025From the moment you open the door of the apartment you know you're entering a special haven, day and night; the light, the spectacular view on the bay with it's anchored boats, the incredible green of the trees, the sunlight glistening on the blue sea and later, the moon casting reflections. I never tire of it and happily sit on the comfortable terrace watching and relaxing. Being air conditioned is a great advantage and adds to the comfort of the thoughtfully equipped, wonderfully furnished and carefully curated apartment. All the personal touches are evident and the whole place envelops you in a big hug. Restoration and invigoration is guaranteed. We're so grateful to it being a significant part of our lives. Even though it's for such a short time the benefits and after effects just fill you up. The apartment itself is the reason we love going, naturally the village and environs are a bonus:)
Our Happy Place
By Jim & Kate Matthews on 24-Jul-2025We have been going to this Apartment for 12 plus year. It is our happy place. When you walk into the Apartment and look ahead of you, you see an amazing view. Open the patio doors and the view is amazing. Wonderful view of the bay, sea, and beach. We always have our breakfast on the balcony, such a relaxing place.Gin & tonic afternoon. The lounge has comfortable seating, table and chairs, TV, air con. The kitchen has everything you need, if you eat in you have cooker, microwave, and plenty of crockery. Washing machine as well. The large bedroom has wardrobe, bed, patio doors and air con. The smaller bedroom has single bed, wardrobe, air com. There is a lift up to the 4th floor which we always find useful. Downstairs is a supermarket, where you can get most things you need. This is an ideal location for restaurants and bars. The Square has plenty of restaurants. We have never stayed anywhere that feels like home. This actually does.

Tonia Apartment

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well equipped, but of course its main advantage is the location! Situated on the pedestrianised Pine Walk, overlooking the beautiful bay, with a small supermarket on the ground floor - it has everything! With bedrooms and sitting room overlooking the sea and the huge balcony running the whole length of the apartment, there is no need to move if you don't want to. Looking forward to a return visit soon I hope.
Glorious
By Sue Pont on 24-Apr-2023My husband and I were fortunate enough to spend 10 glorious nights in Christine''s wonderful apartment in Puerto Pollenca end of March, beginning of April 2023. I was at a pretty low ebb having just retired from a demanding senior role within the NHS. This place was just the tonic for mind ,body and soul. It is in the most amazing location with panoramic views of the whole bay... one of the most beautiful bays in the country. It is situated where the harbour walk joins the pinewalk...perfectly located opposite a lovely golden sandy section of beach. Restaurants and bars plenty in both directions but not at all noisy..at least not during our stay. In fact we had to literally drag ourselves away from the apartment balcony and when we returned, opened the door ,the glorious view awaiting us was just joyful. You can watch sunrise and sunset over the bay...offering up beautiful colours and lighting which changed throughout the day. The apartment itself became a real home to us. It was clean, well equipped with very comfortable beds. The manager Julian, was responsive, friendly and proactive in immediately sorting out a problem we had during our stay. Christine was a pleasure to communicate with and the whole booking process was smooth and efficient. We will definitely be returning to this apartment, as it has become a little glittering jewel in our life experience . Thankyou for sharing this special place Christine.
Delightful Apartment
By Georgina on 10-May-2019We were lucky enough to be able to book this beautiful apartment at relatively short notice! The flat itself was an absolute delight to stay in. Location wise it couldn’t have been more ideal at just a stones throw away from the beautiful seafront, a range of amazing restaurants, bars & shops. The decor of the flat was extremely tasteful and all the furnishings were very comfortable. The views were simply stunning from the balcony of the flat, and overall the apartment had such a great feel to it! Shortly after we arrived, we were greeted by the rep, Julian, who was at hand to show us around and tell us a bit about the area. This really helped to start our holiday in the right way, and day by day we were even more amazed with the beautiful Puerto Pollensa. I couldn’t recommend this flat and location enough! If you get the chance to have a holiday here I’m sure you will have an absolutely fantastic stay. I can’t wait to book the flat again for our next summer holiday.
