Situated on a quiet street in the select, peaceful area of Llenaire, Puerto Pollensa, this beautiful villa with large private pool is set in pretty gardens with pine, olive and fruit trees. The villa enjoys lovely views of the bay and backdrop of mountains. A two minute walk takes you to the waters edge of the Bay of Pollensa, closest restaurant a 5 minute walk away and convenience store a 7 minute walk. 3 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms, cloakroom and utility room.Open plan bright, spacious living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge opening onto the sunny poolside. Separate utility room opening onto rear terrace and garden. Large main terrace with larger than average Private Heated Pool 10x5m (now heated for out of season/low season use) and shaded undercover dining area. Hall with ground floor bedroom, bathroom off (ideal for grandparents) opening onto poolside, plus additional downstairs cloakroom.
First floor with main bedroom (king size bed) with bay view balcony plus twin bedroom and bathroom. This delightful villa is very popular with holiday makers, many guests returning year after year giving excellent 5* reviews.

Spacious villa good AC in bedrooms, very clean & well equipped kitchen. All bedrooms good size. I would highly recommend this property perfect for families & a stay with friends.

Villa Tomir Puerto Pollensa

Lovely villa for a family holiday
By Sue & Family on 20-May-2025Villa Tomir is a lovely well equipped villa with everything you can wish for to make a relaxing holiday. It is situated in a quiet residential area on the edge of Puerto Pollensa but within walking distance of a lovely restaurant Can Joseph a shop and the sandy beach. The villa caters for all your needs whether cooking and dining inside or out. The rooms are spacious , comfortable and bright. It was spotlessly clean. The swimming pool is large and has the sun on it all day with plenty of sun-beds to relax on. The garden at the rear is grassy and was a good area for the grandchildren to play badminton and football. The villa owner Debbie gave a quick response to all queries and it was obvious that everything has been carefully thought about to help make it our ‘home in the sun’ for 10days. We would love to return for another holiday in Villa Tomir soon.

Amazing two weeks.

The pool has been amazing - the kids have hardly left it and we have all had such a brilliant, fun filled two weeks - gutted to be going home would love to come again! Much love and thanks. Xx

A beautiful villa in beautiful Puerto Pollenca
By Janine on 19-Jul-2024We have visited Puerto Pollenca eight times and this villa was simply the best by far. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Three wonderful bedrooms all with air conditioning. The main bedroom had a balcony which overlooked the bay. The outside space was fabulous and had sun all day and a great size pool. A short walk to restaurant's, the supermarket and bars and gorgeous Tamarell Beach. The pine walk and square is approx 30 minute walk. Thank you so much we had a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic, comfortable villa
By Ali on 27-Jun-2024This villa suited our family perfectly. The accommodation was well equipped to meet our needs, and the beds were super-comfortable. The pool and outside areas were spacious and secluded, while being within walking-distance from the restaurants, bars and beaches of Puerto Pollenca. We’d love to return!
