Description
The villa is a modern semi detached house with a private pool on 3 floors and stunning views from its big windows and terraces. The house has air condition and WIFI. At entrance level you have one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea and mountain views.Next level downstairs you will find the large living room, a superb equipped kitchen, recently updated with steam oven and induction field and a dining area with a big table for 8 people plus a guest WC. At this level you will have 2 separate terraces.
The barbecue terrace with a big table has access to the kitchen and offers stunning views to the sea and the mountains. At pool level you will have 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the utility room with washing machine and tumbler. 1 of these bedrooms is facing the pool with sea views and mountain views. At pool level you will find a big terrace with sun beds. The ideal house for private atmosphere, hiking, cycling, swimming, chill out, cooking, barbecue.
NEW - we have invested into a solar panel and battery system to generate up to 10 KW of power when the sun is shining.
The house is only 10 minutes walk to the harbor, beaches, many restaurants and shops. From the airport it is about 40 minute drive.
High speed broadband internet connection. WIFI in all of the rooms available.
2 towels, 1 pool towel and bed linen are provided

By Fraser on 30-Aug-2025Super family holiday at this wonderful villa in Port de Soller. Top quality fittings and furnishings, large bedrooms and huge living areas and a wonderful pool and terraces. Beautiful grounds with fruit trees and colourful plants. Kitchen is very well equipped and the bbq area work really well. One of the best we have stayed in. The location has lovely views but this does mean that there are 111 steps to get to the town. Elke was a fantastic host and very responsive throughout the booking process and our stay.
Beautiful villa
By Susie Baigent on 23-Aug-2025We loved our stay at Blanca Casa. It was a lovely spacious villa with a great pool. It was even more luxurious and spacious than it appeared in the photos. We particularly loved all the outside areas and the amazing view.
Wonderful rental

Stunning villa in port soller

Kids really enjoyed the pool and their room. Breakfast on the veranda overlooking the port was simply stunning. Highly recommend!

Luxury villa with spectacular views

Everything within the villa is of the highest spec, from very comfortable beds to the well - equipped kitchen through to the lovely infinity pool and garden furniture. The views from the bedrooms, balconies and pool are so lovely - I found myself constantly stopping reading my book to gaze at the mountains and port views (and it was a good book!) Elke was extremely quick to respond to any queries and so helpful at every stage. The villa is a 10 minute walk to the port and a 10 minute drive to Soller town. We would love to return.
