Description

The villa is a modern semi detached house with a private pool on 3 floors and stunning views from its big windows and terraces. The house has air condition and WIFI. At entrance level you have one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea and mountain views.

Next level downstairs you will find the large living room, a superb equipped kitchen, recently updated with steam oven and induction field and a dining area with a big table for 8 people plus a guest WC. At this level you will have 2 separate terraces.

The barbecue terrace with a big table has access to the kitchen and offers stunning views to the sea and the mountains. At pool level you will have 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the utility room with washing machine and tumbler. 1 of these bedrooms is facing the pool with sea views and mountain views. At pool level you will find a big terrace with sun beds. The ideal house for private atmosphere, hiking, cycling, swimming, chill out, cooking, barbecue.

NEW - we have invested into a solar panel and battery system to generate up to 10 KW of power when the sun is shining.

The house is only 10 minutes walk to the harbor, beaches, many restaurants and shops. From the airport it is about 40 minute drive.

High speed broadband internet connection. WIFI in all of the rooms available.

Fantastic stay overall. Great house. Impeccably kept up. Short walk in to town. We will definitely return. Best home rental we’ve experienced. Owner is extremely helpful and a great person to work with.

Fabulous Villa

Family holiday for a couple of important celebrations and we could not have spent them in more beautiful surroundings. The villa is simply stunning and equipped with absolutely everything you need - everything supplied is to the highest standard. We had a couple of queries and the owners were brilliant at sorting them immediately. Would not hesitate to recommend and as others have said the villa is even better in real life than the photographs show. So handy for the Port, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, we had some great nights out and would not hesitate to return. Don’t be put off by mention of steps to the Port unless you have mobility issues these are not an issue!

Absolutely stunning villa within short walking distance to Port de Sóller. Couldn’t have asked for more for a family holiday.
