Nestled within the prestigious Puerto Calero Marina, this exquisitely charming and luminous three-bedroom residence boasts a nautical-inspired decor and a private pool, offering the perfect sanctuary to unwind beneath the Lanzarote sun. Situated on a tranquil cul-de-sac, the property is just a five-minute stroll from the vibrant marina, renowned for its diverse array of fine dining, boutique shops, lively bars, a well-stocked supermarket, and a bustling weekly market.
Interior Features:
Upon entering through the stately front doors, you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall, complete with a convenient cloakroom, which seamlessly flows into an open-plan lounge and dining area overlooking the pool and lush garden.
Bedrooms:
Master Suite: Features twin beds configured as a double with a luxurious mattress topper, extensive built-in wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. French doors open to a terrace furnished with comfortable seating and a small table.
Bedroom Two: Twin beds with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, and air conditioning.
Bedroom Three: Twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a bedside table with a lamp, and air conditioning.
Bathrooms:
En-suite to Bedroom One: Equipped with a WC, bidet, twin washbasin vanity, and a bathtub with a separate shower.
En-suite to Bedroom Two: Features a WC, bidet, walk-in shower, and double vanity.
En-suite to Bedroom Three: Similar amenities as Bedroom Two, with a WC, bidet, walk-in shower, and double vanity.
Kitchen:
A bright, fully equipped culinary space boasting a built-in stainless steel electric oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine (both filter and Dolce Gusto), toaster, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. An adjoining utility room houses a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and a generous outdoor drying area.
Living & Dining:
The tastefully decorated open-plan living and dining areas are bathed in natural light through patio doors that lead directly to the pool and garden. The lounge features an expansive L-shaped sofa, a plush two-seater, a large flat-screen TV with a Mag box (offering internet channels including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky, and multilingual options), a Bluetooth sound system, and complimentary Wi-Fi. For cooler winter evenings, a pellet stove heater provides cosy warmth.
The adjoining dining space comprises a rectangular table with six chairs, complemented by two high wooden stools and a matching table, perfect for memorable meals.
Exterior and Leisure:
The enclosed garden and pool area are designed for relaxation and entertaining. Sunbathe on spacious terraces furnished with sunbeds, shaded by a parasol, or rinse off in the outdoor shower. Just beyond the living area, a covered terrace offers a serene retreat with comfortable seating for four and a dining set for six—ideal for alfresco dining. A large charcoal barbecue invites culinary creativity under the stars.
