The open-plan living space features two 3-seater L-shaped leather sofas, a flat-screen TV (with Mag Box for international channels and streaming), and an Alexa for music. Patio doors open onto the terrace overlooking the pool, furnished with rattan sofas and a small dining table and chairs—perfect for enjoying the sunshine or relaxing in the shade.
A separate dining area includes a wooden table and six chairs for indoor meals.

Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing (excluding High Season when based on up to 8). Supplements payable for guests over 6, excluding High Season, of £175 per week. Please contact us for a final price. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Accessibility:
All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper level, which is accessed directly from street level, along with the kitchen and living areas. There are 18 steps down to the games room on the lower level, and a further 18 steps leading to the pool and BBQ area, accessed from the pathway between the gate and the front door.
