This character-filled villa boasts high, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's ideal for groups of family or friends seeking ample space. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic sea views of Port Andratx. The villa offers a television with streaming capabilities, allowing you to watch your favourite shows and movies from your own devices. High-speed internet access is also provided.
Nestled on private grounds, the villa features a luxurious infinity pool (approximately 11 x 5 meters) that provides uninterrupted ocean vistas. Enjoy sunny or shaded terrace areas, a spacious gas barbecue for outdoor dining, and a pétanque court for a fun game of boules.
The villa has a modern, fully equipped kitchen that seamlessly flows into an open-plan dining area. Sliding doors provide direct access to outdoor terraces. The kitchen features a central island with a white quartz countertop and a built-in electric cooktop. Dark wood cabinetry and a large hood provide both functionality and style, while a display cabinet adds a personal touch.
The villa offers six bedrooms in total, including three en-suite rooms with king-sized beds on the first floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. For younger guests, there's a small bunk bedroom near the kitchen that can accommodate two children. Additionally, a guest bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on the same level. The remaining two bedrooms, situated in a separate casita on the property, share a bathroom and were fully renovated in Winter 2021.

The villa is ideally situated in La Mola, offering easy access to the Gran Folies Beach Club and the vibrant dining and nightlife scene of Port Andratx. A car is recommended for exploring the area.
Port Andratx is a prestigious resort located in the southwestern corner of Mallorca. Surrounded by rugged mountains and a picturesque natural bay, it's renowned as one of the island's most exclusive destinations. The bustling harbour features a fishing fleet, a daily fish market, and a sophisticated marina.
Scuba divers will delight in the crystal-clear waters of Port Andratx, offering exceptional visibility for underwater exploration. Golf enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy, with an 18-hole golf course and driving range within a short 5-minute drive. For even more options, there are five additional golf courses within a 20-minute radius, catering to golfers of all skill levels.

Everything was superb

The Villa is stunning – the views and the sunsets across the pool are very special and the entire space is well thought out and equipped. Sarah was incredibly helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. We would very much like to return!

Just as amazing as the first time

Sarah, who looks after the property, is a real treasure- the house was spotless upon arrival and she takes great care to make sure everything runs smoothly for the guests during their stay. Debbie and her team at Southwest Mallorca provide a professional, very courteous letting service and it was a pleasure to organize our holiday rental with them for a second time this year.
