Welcome to Villa Azul, we have the perfect holiday rental for you. Our property is equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free. Villa Azul – can accommodate up to 15 people. This is achieved by using The Villa and The Apartment, all of which are around the pool The Main Villa - Sleeps 9 Sleeping accommodation: 5 Bedrooms: 1 x Super-king Bed, 1 x King-size Bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 x Single Beds and 1 room with 1 Single Bed. (Baby travel cots & high chairs are available on request). 4 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining/Sitting/Living Room (all open plan), separate WC. The Apartment: Parties up to 15 people overflow into the Apartment which is located just below the pool down two staircases. Sleeping Accommodation: 3 bedrooms: 2 x Bedrooms with double bed & 1 bedroom with 2 x Single Beds. It has its own Kitchen, Dining/Sitting Room, Bathroom and Balcony. Pricing for minimum stay 7 nights Price for up to 9 guests £2000 main villa Price for 10/11 guests £2444 one bedroom in apartment Price for 12/13 guests £2888 two bedrooms in apartment Price for 14/15 guests £3332 all 3 apartment bedrooms Please note we do not accept bookings for Hen or Stag parties There are a lot of steps in and around the Villa may not be suitable for guests with mobility problems13 Reviews
Excellent stay in Puerto Rico
By Elaine on 12-Mar-2026We booked the villa for a relaxing stay for my 40th birthday. It was absolutely fabulous. The villa is absolutely stunning and immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The communication with Jan could not be faulted and she could not have been more helpful. This is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing stay for a larger group, with the place being large enough to allow privacy for everyone. The only thing I would like to mention is the parking, there is enough space for 2 cars, however the drive in and out is extremely tight, we decided to park at the top of the hill after the first day.

Amazing villa
By Andrea hain on 19-Jan-2026We had a 3 week stay at this villa 1st week with family ranging from 15 months old to 85years old and e everyone had an amazing time. There was 12 of us but the villa is so spacious that it wasn’t a problem. There is everything you need in the villa and the kitchen is fully equipped. Got a nice surprise when there was a variety of groceries for us arriving which was very much appreciated. The pool area was great and the view amazing. Jan was helpful throughout and the cleaners were to. The spar shop and taxi rank is very close by with the europa centre 10 minutes walk. Couldn’t fault anything about the villa and actually tried to book for next year but it’s already full.

A great house
By Teres Holmberg on 20-Dec-2025We had 2 great weeks in this house, it was big enough for all of us 15 ( we had the apartment as well) , the house is spacious with good size rooms. We really enjoyed the bbq, pool and the social areas a lot, it has a beautiful view over Puerto Rico beach

Fantastic Villa with amazing views
By Nick on 21-Oct-2025The villa is very spacious and clean with fantastic views of the sea. The pool was great for temperature and size and terrace is a great place to watch the sun come up and the boats come in and out the harbour. It is not overlooked and surrounding area is generally quiet. The walk down to town via the 709 steps that start next to the villa takes about 12 minutes and the beach is sandy and ideal for kids. If you don’t fancy the walk back up taxis are plentiful and is around €7. There is no aircon but every room has a fan and big doors/windows so with the breeze was fine in October. The parking for the villa is tight, along with the exit road, but you can park at the top of the hill which is far easier to get in and out. Communication with Jan (the owner) was first rate and would highly recommend this Villa.
