Spacious and private good quality villa, just a 5 minute walk to the superb beach in the popular resort of Punta Prima with its waterfront restaurants and amenities. Accommodation on two floors.
Ground floor: Open plan lounge with satellite TV (Sky free to view) with some English channels, kitchen and dining area with air conditioning. Long conservatory off the main lounge with dining table, seating area and desk, with patio doors leading out to the pool. Well equipped kitchen including electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave/grill and coffee machine. Laundry room with washing machine, outside drying area.
Pool 5 x 10 mts, terraces with sun loungers and outside seating area with gas barbecue and fridge.

By Denise Horne on 05-Aug-2025We had a fabulous family holiday at Villa Maria Victoria. Excellent facilities-everything provided that one could want. The villa accommodation was first class and pool was well maintained and a good size for both children and adults. Plenty of space inside and out. Short 5 minute walk to the lovely small beach, supermarket and restaurants. The owner, Monica, is both charming and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend.
Wonderful Villa

We were able to spend time with each other, play games and swim in the beautiful pool. I would definitely say it was one of the best villas we have been too and will definitely be booking again. Thank you Monika for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home
