Villa Carina is a lovely 4-bedroom rental villa built on one level and located on the well-known Valverde development in Quinta do Lago. The Valverde development is in a great location which is also within walking distance of Quinta Shopping.The Interior:
Built on one level, Villa Carina is beautifully furnished in neutral colours. There is a welcoming open-plan lounge / lovely dining area as well as a spacious fully fitted and modern kitchen. All of the 4 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, and all are en-suite. 3 of those bedrooms have showers, and the Master bedroom has a full bathroom with a bath and shower.
The Exterior:
Outside there is a sunny pool surrounded by a large terrace and a spacious dining area. This is the perfect setting for a BBQ on those warm Al Fresco summer evenings. There are also sun loungers around the pool where you can relax in between a dip in the pool and admire the surrounding manicured gardens. Pool heating available for an extra charge.
The Location:
Villa Carina rental on the Valverde development is just off the 1st roundabout in Quinta do Lago and only a 10-minute walk to Quinta shopping. Here you will find some fabulous boutiques, restaurants, and also bars. Within the development, there are tennis courts for you to use and also some very nice restaurants too. A short drive away there are also many things to do, including water sports at the lake and a relaxing day at the beach. All in all, a great location.
Within a few minutes drive, you also have lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from.

By Linda on 19-Sep-2024This is a great Villa…, 4 bedrooms. 4 bathrooms snd a fully equipped kitchen, It has a very large lounge and dining area which we never used as the weather was fab so we were outside sitting by the pool most of the time, It’s in a excellent location with an easy walk to the supermarket and restaurants. Just lacks an outdoor toilet snd shower otherwise would be 5 star
