Nestled in a spectacular river valley location within the verdant embrace of the foothills of the Picos de Europa, Casa La Roza is a spacious rural house, ideal for families and friends. It’s secluded but accessible location allows limitless opportunities for outdoor exploration, Asturian cultural immersion or simply serene times listening to the sounds of the Rio Zardon as it gently flows by the 5000sqm of private gardens. Experience misty mornings and starry nights, fall asleep with the call of the owls in your ears, and wake up to tranquility.

Spacious open-plan living room with comfortable sofas, LED Smart TV with Netflix, Disney + etc, and music system. Two desks offer space for work or study. A woodburning fireplace and underfloor heating throughout the house (except the attic), keeps the temperature comfortable throughout the year. Wi-Fi is accessible in every room. Wooden shutters give complete privacy and ensure a restful sleep in the bedrooms.
Elegant kitchen with plenty of work and storage space, 2 separate Smeg ovens, large 3 hob SMEG electric hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Well equipped with a variety of pans, cooking dishes and utensils. Bean to cup coffee machine, and complimentary coffee beans, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed, built in wardrobe and open storage space, a desk and 2 comfortable armchairs to enjoy the spectacular views. Pull down blackout blinds allow for a good night’s sleep, and the double doors onto the shared balcony can be left open or tilted on warm nights. The ensuite bathroom has an open rain shower and large bath. Hand soap and shower gel are provided in all bathrooms, and a hair dryer is also available.
Bedroom 2 has a queensize bed, wooden hanging frame and baskets for storage, a desk / shelf for additional space and work area, and double doors leading onto the shared balcony, ideal for your morning coffee as the sunlight slowly lights up the valley. The bathroom for this bedroom is located just across the hallway.
Bedroom 3 has a queensize bed, wooden hanging frame and baskets for storage, a desk / shelf for additional space and work area, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, and double doors leading onto the shared balcony. Wooden shutters ensure a restful sleep. All windows and balcony doors allow for tilt and full opening.
Bedroom 4 in the attic has 4 single beds, each with bedside stool and reading light. A large rattan storage box is provided for each bed, as well as hanging racks. A small table provides additional space for work or storage, and an ensuite bathroom is tucked into the eaves, with shower, sink and toilet.

Casa La Roza is nestled in the Zardon River Valley, and cradled by hills all around. The morning mists pass through the valley, and the movement of the sun across the garden through the day allows for plenty of sunshine on clear days. At night, the lack of ambient light allows a multitude of stars to be seen, as well as the odd shooting star if you are lucky! There is plenty of lawn space for playing games, yoga, kicking a ball, or just enjoying the ambience.
