This lovely holiday home - perfect for one or two families sits quietly in its enclosed private garden in Roche estate. The pine trees, palms and pergola give gentle shade in the summer while the integrated indoor and outdoor living spaces allow you many options to enjoy yourself and relax at any time of the year.
The house has a large sitting room with open fire joining onto to the solarium, it's 4 large tinted window open up completely to the Atlantic breezes. The fabulously social kitchen allows you to prepare dinner, drink wine and watch the children in the pool thanks to its well positioned large peninsula unit and the four pairs of French windows that look out over the garden and pool. The four pretty bedrooms sleep eight and are accompanied by 2 bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has a pullout bed under the single. There is also a hall and laundry room.
The barbecue area has a shaded circular marble table, a marble bar and large cooking area - the place of many enjoyable evenings. The pergola is kitted out with bamboo rocking chairs and comfy cushions- perfect for a sunny afternoon. All of these are next to the private pool that has its own underwater lighting for evening swims.
A walk of about 500m will take us to the local shop, pharmacy, a couple of bars and restaurants, and childrens’ playground. Roche also has its own tennis and padel courts and five-a-side football pitches. In the summer months, there are several beach bars/restaurants to choose from within walking distance, some of which are now staying open all year. A 5-minute drive will then provide you with a far larger selection of both bars and restaurants. The area offers an endless list of activities, you could spend a wonderful holiday here without a car, and just hire bikes; but, assuming you will have a car, it’s 15 minutes to Conil, 20 minutes to the hill-top village of Vejer, 30 minutes to Cadiz, 40 minutes to Tarifa and Jerez, and 90 minutes to Seville, all of which are well worth visiting.
