Villa Margarita is situated in one of the best locations in Roses with amazing views over the whole Bay and surrounding pyrenees mountain ranges and national park!Please ask for reduced price for only 2 guests out of high season!
Villa Margarita is a large, spacious 3 bedroom villa with private pool (approx 4m x 8m).
A perfect place to bring the whole family to enjoy a memorable holiday, disconnect and totally relax. Enjoy outdoor dining, chillout zone, various terraces and outside bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. All with amazing views, you won't be dissappointed! South facing so sun all day!
This is our own main home which we rent out only for certain periods during the year so you will find it extremely well equipped.
Villa Margarita is located in an elevated position up a hill (hence the amazing views) in a quiet residential area. The road leads up to a dead end where you can enjoy many walks and see the dolmen trail in the National Park of Cap de Creus.
The WIFI is fiber so no problem if anyone has to do any work during the holiday!
Downstairs has a large open planned kitchen, dining room and lounge (AIRCON) with different views out of each window!
There is also a downstairs separate toilet.
The back door leads out to the terraces and to the side of the house is an outside shower and toilet overlooking the mountains and sea.
Steps lead down to the pool area and chillout zone, all looking out over the Bay! The chillout zone and 4 poster day bed both have shaded pergolas.
Upstairs you have the following:
Bedroom 1 - huge room with bed 160 x 200 and bay windows with another seating area, separate dressing room and en-suite with toilet, bidet and double jacuzzi bath and separate large shower where you can still enjoy the sea views. AIR CON
Bedroom 2- Bed 140 x 190 - Ensuite bathroom with bath and shower attachment. AIR CON
Bedroom 3 - Bed 90 x 200 - Ensuite bathroom with shower - FAN,
Parking space on private driveway.
There are so many things to see and do in the area so we do highly recommend coming by car to explore the surrounding areas and stunning beaches and coves.
You will have plenty of information and recommendations from us to make your holiday a great experience and one that you will want to repeat.
Note: All bedding and towels for both the pool and the beach are provided to save you room in your luggage!
We require a 500€ refundable security deposit.
Pets on approval so please ask if you would like to bring a small dog! (small extra charge/dog/stay).
There is a separate apartment at the back of the villa which is only rented to 2 people and they have their own entrance and private deck at the rear and do not share any of the spaces of the main villa!

By Karina on 14-Jul-2025A fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. The view is unique and the house has everything you could wish for in terms of equipment. A delicious pool and a spa with a fantastic view. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower (also with a nice view). We really fell in love with the villa. Diane welcomed us and explained everything about the villa, pool, spa etc. She also gave really good tips for excursions, restaurants and good beaches. The city is a real gem with delicious beaches, a market with local food and a really good atmosphere. We would love to come again.

Ivm the heat eventually it was just a lot of days at the pool. Chilling, bbq-ing, bubbling... Really on top vacation!! Air conditioning in 2 of the 3 bedrooms so good, cool nights. Smallest room without air conditioning, too hot and stuffy in this heat. Lots of fun in the neighborhood: center Rosas, restaurants, bays, Dahlimuseum..

Sunshine, spectacular views, peace and a home from home
By Rachel Sennett on 04-Jul-2024From the moment of enquiry, to us leaving to catch our plane home, Diane was helpful, open, honest, friendly, really informative and flexible. On arrival they met us at the villa and talked us through everything there. They recommended places to go and were in touch throughout the holiday with information of what’s on and things not to be missed. They recommended a car hire and trips out, if you needed or wanted them. They were so lovely. The Villa was incredible. It was exactly as described and exactly as photographed and had everything you needed for a perfect holiday, home from home. Provision of nice big pool towels and other towels was so helpful. The Villa was stylishly decorated and light and airy. Each room either had air con or a really good large fan. The views were spectacular and the pool was beautiful. It didn’t take long to walk down into Roses and there were lovely beaches, a great choice of bars and restaurants, stylish shops and a fabulous market on Sunday morning. We didn’t want to come home. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at villa Margarita. Many thanks, Rachel Sennett. Ps We holidayed there July 4th-11th 2024.
Villa with Fantastic Views!

Nice and private with fantastic views! And nice to recharge your batteries. And the boulevard is nearby, which is also very nice to go to. This is certainly subject to repetition.
