Discover the beauty of this Costa Tropical retreat, bathed in sunshine all day on a 1000 square metre plot. Located high up on the popular Monte de los Almendros urbanisation, the villa 'Tranquilidad' exudes serenity and charm, with panoramic views of the Sierra Nevada mountains, the white village of Salobreña and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.

Just a 10 minute car journey to the Mercadona and Carrefour supermarkets in Salobreña, and 15 minutes to the beach, this modernised Andalusian home provides a relaxed lifestyle, with generous terrace areas around the 9m x 4m pool, hot tub and loungers. There's even a special area to cool under the parasol, where you can sit and enjoy a freshly cooked meal straight from the barbecue at the eight place dining table.

Back indoors, the spaciousness continues, with two of the bedrooms being on the main living level. The master bedroom has a super king double bed and separate dressing room, while the second bedroom has a king size bed, a sofa bed, a wardrobe and two bedside tables with drawers. The third bedroom, on the lower ground floor is very similar to the master bedroom with a super king double bed and separate dressing room. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, luxurious ensuite bathrooms with monsoon showers and patio doors leading to an outside terrace with sea views.

The lounge area is open plan with air conditioning and seating for six, featuring an LG 49'' UHD flat screen TV with UK/Spanish channels and a DVD player, connected through a Technics midi system to wall mounted stereo speakers. High speed wi-fi is also included, allowing streaming on numerous devices. The kitchen is equipped with a range of electrical utensils and is also appointed with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, fan assisted oven and a microwave. The dining table seats six and there are two adjustable swivel stools on the kitchen island. A high-chair is also provided in the villa.

Popularly known as the 'Jewel' of the Costa Tropical, Salobreña earns its colloquial name for being so picturesque and rich in Spanish culture, offering all you need to make magical memories. You will love the endless discoveries, such as the numerous restaurants and shops; the meandering little streets that lead to the Moorish castle, church and museum; the two main beaches with chiringuitos, where you can enjoy live Flamenco performances in the Summer; the indoor market with underground parking, and the weekly outdoor market. There's also a tourist information office, where guided tours of the old town can be booked, and a taxi rank and a bus station on the edge of town. Salobreña also benefits from a dependable local bus service, where you can board close to the tourist office and be taken up and down from the castle if you prefer not to go on foot. The taxi prices are very reasonable, starting from the villa at around 11€ to the town and 16€ to the beach.

Within an hour's drive are the Alpuharra mountains with many attractive villages, where a variety of restaurants and artisan shops are easily found, and half an hour West along the coast road, is the Aqua Tropic water park near Almuñécar (open daily from mid-June to early September).

Bookings can be secured by a 10% deposit, with the balance due four weeks ahead. A last-minute booking can be secured as late as 72 hours ahead. A fully refundable bond of €300 in cash is required on arrival. A contract with clear Terms & Conditions is submitted before you make any payment.

Ubicada en una zona tranquila en lo alto de la popular urbanización Monte de los Almendros, la villa 'Tranquilidad' irradia serenidad y encanto, con vistas panorámicas a Sierra Nevada, el pueblo blanco de Salobreña y el resplandeciente mar Mediterráneo.

A solo 10 minutos en coche de los supermercados Mercadona y Carrefour de Salobreña y a 15 minutos de la playa, esta casa andaluza modernizada cuenta con un amplio espacio alrededor de la piscina de 9 x 4 m, el jacuzzi y las tumbonas. Incluso hay mucho espacio para refrescarse bajo la sombrilla y disfrutar de una comida recién hecha directamente de la barbacoa en la gran mesa de comedor al aire libre.

En el interior, la amplitud continúa, con dos de los dormitorios en la planta principal. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama doble super king y un vestidor independiente, mientras que el segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama king size, un sofá cama, un armario y dos mesitas de noche con cajones. El tercer dormitorio, en la planta baja, es muy similar al dormitorio principal, con una cama doble super king y vestidor independiente. Todos los dormitorios disponen de aire acondicionado, lujosos baños en suite y puertas que dan a una terraza exterior con vistas al mar.

El salón es de concepto abierto, con aire acondicionado y capacidad para seis personas, y cuenta con un televisor LG UHD de pantalla plana de 49'' con canales del Reino Unido y España, y un reproductor de DVD, conectado mediante un sistema MIDI Technics a altavoces estéreo de pared. También incluye wifi de alta velocidad, que permite la reproducción en streaming en numerosos dispositivos. La cocina está bien equipada con una amplia gama de electrodomésticos y cuenta con lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico/congelador, placa de inducción, campana extractora, horno con ventilador y microondas. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas y hay dos taburetes giratorios ajustables en la isla de la cocina.

Conocida popularmente como la «Joya» de la Costa Tropical, Salobreña debe su nombre coloquial a su pintoresca y rica cultura española, ofreciendo todo lo necesario para crear recuerdos mágicos. Le encantarán los innumerables descubrimientos, como los numerosos restaurantes y tiendas; las callejuelas serpenteantes que conducen al castillo árabe, la iglesia y el museo; las dos playas principales con chiringuitos, donde podrá disfrutar de espectáculos de flamenco en vivo en verano; el mercado interior con aparcamiento subterráneo y el mercado semanal al aire libre.
