Peacefully located high up on the popular Monte de los Almendros urbanisation, 'Tranquilidad' is a wealth of serenity and charm with views of the white washed town of Salobreña, the Sierra Nevada mountains and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.

Just a 10 minute drive from the Mercadona and Carrefour supermarkets in Salobreña and 15 minutes to the beach, this modern, spacious home has three ensuite double bedrooms to comfortably accommodate six guests. Having extensive outdoor terraces, your group will have plenty of room to use the 9m x 4m pool, hot tub and loungers. Maybe even enjoy a tasty meal straight from the barbecue at the eight-place dining table.

Back indoors, the spaciousness continues, with two bedrooms being on the main living level. Firstly, the master bedroom with a super king size double bed and separate dressing room. The second bedroom has a King size double bed, a sofa bed, a wardrobe and two sets of bedside drawers. The third bedroom which is downstairs, is much like the master bedroom with a super king size double bed and separate dressing room. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, luxury ensuite bathrooms with heated towel rails, illuminated vanity mirrors and hair dryers, and they all have patio doors leading to an outside terrace with sea views.

The main living area is open plan with air conditioning, comfortably seating six in the lounge area. There is a 49'' UHD flat screen TV with UK/Spanish channels and a DVD player connected through a hifi to wall mounted stereo speakers. Plus, the essential high speed wi-fi, enabling streaming on numerous devices. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils and has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor, electric fan assisted oven and a microwave. The dining table seats six and there are two 'height adjustable' swivel stools at the kitchen island.

Popularly known as the 'Jewel' of the Costa Tropical, Salobreña earns its colloquial name for being so picturesque and authentically Spanish, offering everything you need to make magical memories. You will love the endless discoveries, such as the numerous restaurants and shops; the meandering little streets that lead up to the Moorish castle, church and museum; the two main beaches with chiringuitos, where Flamenco is performed in the Summer; the indoor market with underground parking, and the weekly outdoor market. There's also a tourist information office, where guided tours of the old town can be booked; a taxi rank and a bus station on the edge of town. Salobreña also benefits from a dependable local bus service, where you can board close to the tourist office and be taken up and down from the castle if you prefer not to go on foot. The taxi prices are very reasonable, starting from the villa at around 11€ to the town and 16€ to the beach.

Within an hour's drive are the Alpuharra mountains with many attractive villages, where a variety of restaurants, arts and crafts are easily found. Half an hour from the villa, along the coast road, is the Aqua Tropic water park near Almuñécar (open daily from mid-June to early September).

Arrival is 3:00 pm onwards and departure is before 11:00 am.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly managers, who will explain all the essentials about the home and surrounding area, remaining available for the duration of your stay. The entire property will be cleaned the day before you arrive, and fresh linen and towels will be provided for each full week.

Bookings can be secured by a 10% deposit, with the balance due four weeks ahead. A last-minute booking can be secured as late as 72 hours ahead. A fully refundable bond of €300 in cash is required on arrival. A contract with clear Terms & Conditions is submitted before you make any payment.
