This is a wonderful, modern property with all your holiday requirements. Spacious, fully air conditioned rooms which are all newly furnished. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
There are beautiful views of the salt lakes and sea beyond from the master bedroom where you can watch the sun go down on an evening.
Outside there are 6 sun loungers, 6 chairs and tables under parasols and a large pergola with table and seating for 12 for al fresco dining hi.
There is also a stone table and chairs which seats at least 6.
We have recently added a pool table for those that wish to take a break from sunbathing or swimming.
The villa is set in the centre of a large 500 m2 corner plot. It has a beautiful garden which we are constantly adding to.
Outside toilet and shower area.
Free satellite tv and wireless internet included.
A car is recommended.
Bookings during August strictly Saturday to Saturday.

By Carrie Godfrey on 04-Jun-2025We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. It was spotless when we arrived and we appreciated our lovely welcome pack. We were delighted by how well equipped it was and it had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfy as was the seating in the front room. We had the pool heated and enjoyed this throughout the day. You would definitely need a car to get to the shops etc but the villa is on a quiet estate which we really liked and felt really safe. We'd definitely go back as we had the best holiday ever.

This is a perfect villa for large families, boasting the 6 bedroom 4 bathroom layout. There was enough space for us all. It's situated about a mile away from the nearest village ( San Miguel) so unless you like to walk in the heat, a car is highly recommend. From arriving to our last day we enjoyed the pool every day which was so needed in the heat! Equally beautiful views. The villa came equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment we never ran out!! The welcome pack was also a lovely touch from travelling and enjoying our first drink and sit down. The management company were very welcoming and were on call at any time if any issues ( which there weren't any!!). Rosie you have one beautiful home thank you for letting us share for our holiday There were no complaints from any of us. Anita & family

Plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children, aged from 3 to 73 years! We particularly enjoyed the pool and the BBQ with a family sized table under welcome shade and we never even put the television on. Highly recommended.

It is beautifully laid out with lots of space and children friendly. Rosie (the owner) was so helpful with all my enquiries and Lee the manager was also very helpful and friendly. The welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch. Would thoroughly recommend for families and big groups with lots to do in the area.

The place is immaculate, modern and user friendly. The pool along with the location of kitchen and utility room make everything easily accessible. Rosie has been wonderful all through since day of inquiry and nothing too much of a problem. Visit Rebate Restaurant which is a must for Food and Entertainment. Only down side is waiting for Taxi's which is a well known problem locally during peak season. I recommend this lovely Villa to anyone, enjoy !!
