Description
This villa is found at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area of Binibeca. Surrounded by mature gardens and backing onto wooded green belt, it is only a short walk from one of Menorca's most beautiful sandy bays. This split level property has a large under-cover terrace overlooking pine trees, the large pool and sunbathing terrace and is perfect for alfresco dining. The pool terrace also provides another outside eating area and barbecue. The terraced gardens with pine, olive and palm trees provide welcome shade from the heat of the summer for those who prefer. Leave ReviewPeaceful and relaxing location
By Debbie R. on 16-Aug-2019The villa was fab and Helen was a great host. Well equipped and lots of space for our group of eight. Short transfer from the airport. The garden is lovely with lots of shady areas and hammocks to relax in. The children loved the pool and it was big enough for our huge pink flamingo which we hired! We saw one of the tortoise and left it water and fruit. Some nice local restaurants and places to have a cocktail. Lovely ice creams from the van by the beach. The landtrain to Punta Prima was bumpy but lots of fun. Mahon market is worth a visit and theres lots of places to eat there. Overall we had a great 2 weeks the only downfall was no aircon in the villa. It was very hot and with high humidity we all struggled to sleep at night, even with a fan in the rooms and windows open. Also bring lots of mosquitoe repellent as we all got lots of bites even with the spray on.
A lovely holiday

We particularly loved the proximity to the beach, the outside seating area and the pool that was large enough for a proper swim. It is very well equipped with comfortable beds. Yes it was warm at night, but we got used to it and the fans helped. Helen was communicative and helpful, both before and during our stay. Having been to Binibeca three times before in different villas, we would definitely return to Helens villa.
Perfect location
By Charlie R. on 03-Sep-2019We had an amazing week in such a great location, especially with the beach within touching distance - early beach visits with the children and then sundowners at the beach bar were just awesome. The villa is very well kitted out, apart from we bought bigger glasses to take gin portions but perhaps thats just us... :-). Another great stay in Menorca and thanks Helen for being so welcoming.
Perfect Location for relaxation
By Simonee K. on 09-Aug-2019We had a fabulous week in the villa as a three generation adult family .The property is ideally located for the beach and only a short stroll to lovely restaurants in nearby Cala Torret where there are some great restaurants with terraces overlooking the sea or in the other direction to Binibeca Vell. There are well stocked supermarkets in both places too. My sons enjoyed a dive trip at the nearby dive centre which is very well equipped. We did not need to hire a car as taxis were easy to call and the bus service into Mahon was punctual . The villa itself was a haven for peaceful relaxation with lots of places to sit in either shade or sun in the wonderful gardens.The pool was large enough for swimming .The villa is well equipped and has modern bathrooms and kitchen and was spotlessly clean and the only fault was that it lacked air conditioning. We would thoroughly recommend this villa. And finally ... yes we did see two of the tortoises!
Lovely

Beautifully appointed, 5 -10 minutes walk in either direction to plentiful restaurants and small supermarkets. The villa itself is well furnished with plenty of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. The pool area is wonderful. The only shame is that there is no aircon. Although it wasn't boiling hot, it would have been nice for the more sultry nights.

The welcome pack of food and drink was a lovely idea after arriving with 3 young children! The proximity to the shops and the beach (which is stunning) made life easy yet the villa was not overlooked and was very peaceful. Helen was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for letting us share your little peace of heaven in a Menorca!
