Nestled on a generous plot of 1,158 square meters, Villa Alice offers ample space for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. The villa itself spans 375 square meters, with an additional 50 square meters of terraced areas for enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine.
With its easterly orientation, Villa Alice benefits from abundant sunlight around the pool during the summer months, typically from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. This provides ample opportunity to soak up the sun and enjoy the warm weather.

Villa Alice offers four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one is located on the lower lever and the rest on the upper level. The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a luxurious en-suite bathroom, a private dressing room, and a cosy seating area where you can admire the breath taking views.
The second bedroom is equally impressive, boasting a modern en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, ample storage space, and a neutral decor. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are also generously sized, offering plenty of storage and featuring modern en-suite bathrooms. The bed configuration includes two super king beds and two king beds, ensuring comfortable accommodations for everyone.
Step outside Villa Alice and discover a private and idyllic outdoor space, perfect for a family vacation. The villa's beautiful garden and pool terrace offer plenty of options for relaxation and dining.
The refreshing pool measures 7 meters by 4 meters, providing ample space for swimming and sunbathing. Surrounding the pool, you'll find a generous number of sun loungers for your comfort. For younger guests, there's a small grassy area where they can enjoy a game of football or other outdoor activities.
A Weber gas barbecue is available for grilling delicious meals, making it easy to enjoy family dinners al fresco. With its spacious and well-appointed outdoor area, Villa Alice offers a perfect setting for creating lasting memories.
In a prime location overlooking the prestigious Santa Ponsa Yacht Club (Club Nautico), Villa Alice offers a front-row seat to the vibrant marina scene as you are only a 5 minute walk, this area offers a choice of 3 good restaurants. Indulge in a variety of water sports, enjoy live music, savour delicious snacks and Mediterranean cuisine at the Yacht Club's many establishments.
Just a short 5-10 minute walk away, you'll discover "Little Beach," a family-friendly cove beach that provides a peaceful alternative to the bustling main beach in Santa Ponsa. This charming cove features a small park for children to play in, along with a selection of eateries and supermarkets for your convenience.

A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to your stay. A 1000€ security deposit is taken with the balance and returned no later than 2 weeks after your stay.

We were delighted to find that one of the bedroom suites was downstairs, which was perfect for the oldest member of our family The kitchen was so well supplied with gadgets and utensils. A cake was even rustled up on a rainy day. The villa was spotlessly clean and we were so impressed with how big spacious the rooms are. We loved the pool and there is plenty of seating. Location was great too, just a 5 minute walk to a small beach, where we enjoyed a sea swim. The marina, less than 5 mins walk has 3 good choices of restaurant too. No shops there,15 minute walk to the lower area of Santa Ponsa which had a good choice of restaurants, a small supermarket and a Pharmacy. A great service from South West Mallorca Holiday Rentals too. Thank-you

Home away from home

Villa Alice is perfectly located between Santa Ponca resort and Club Nautico where you can watch beautiful sunsets and see all the yachts and boats in the marina, a 5 minute stroll from your front door. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends as Alice has great indoor and outdoor spaces. Great service from Southwest Mallorca holiday rentals team.

The villa was just as shown in the photos and was very well equipped. In fact, we will rent it again next year. The service provided by South West Mallorca were excellent.
Perfect Location
By Cathy on 10-Sep-2019We rented Alice for my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary during May school half term. There were 4 adults and 2 children. The villa provides so much space up and downstairs, with a down stairs bedroom and ensuite perfect for my parents. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the bedrooms all good sizes. The villa is well equipt and is of a very high standard throughout. Home from home especially on the odd day of rain we had. Perfect location, quiet, 5 minute walk to the small beach and two bar/cafes. The main stretch of the town is about 15 minutes walk to the start of the restaurants and about 20 mins to the big beach. The pool was a tad chill but it was May! but this or the rain didnt stop my daughters. There were plenty of sun lounges and areas to sit and eat. Everything has been thought of. It was serviced during our stay and so were the gardens which surround the house.It really is a bit of luxury and would highly recommend and would love to return. We have booked twice before with Debbie at South West, and this again was effortless and everything ran smoothly with the booking. Thank you again x
