There is a very large, bright entrance hall which leads into a superb open plane living/dining area with comfortable sofas and chairs, TV. a large family size dining table and patio doors for access to the outdoor terrace.

Villa Alice has 4 great bedrooms. All are situated on the upper level of the property. The primary suite has a lovely en-suite. dressing room and seating area to admire the views. The second bedroom is large and has a modern en-suite with walk in shower, plenty of storage and neutral decor. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are also good size doubles, offer good size storage and have modern en-suite bathrooms. The bed configuration here is 2 x super king and 2 x king beds.
Heading to the outdoor space of Villa Alice and you will find the perfect set up for a family villa holiday. Set in a private plot Villa Alice has a pretty garden space and pool terrace with plenty of dining options and relaxation spots. The pool is 7m x 4m with plenty of sun loungers surrounding. The is also a small grassed area for little ones to kick a ball around. A Webber Gas BBQ is available for family meals.
Villa Alice overlooks the Yacht Club, of Santa Ponsa, also known as Club Nautico, they offer everything from water sports , live music, snacks and Mediterranean cuisine. You are also only a 5 - 10 minute walk from 'Little Beach' this is a family friendly cove beach away from the larger main beach in Santa Ponsa - here you will find a small park for the children to enjoy with plenty of eateries and supermarkets for essentials!
A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to your stay. A 1000€ security deposit is taken with the balance and returned no later than 2 weeks after your stay.
