Delight in breathtaking sea views of Santa Ponsa Bay from every room.This luxurious Mediterranean villa boasts an open-plan living area with direct access to the terrace and pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes a separate utility room with essential appliances. Enjoy entertainment on the smart TV in the living room.
The villa offers four tastefully furnished bedrooms. The master suite, located on the ground floor, features a king-sized bed, a private dressing room, a smart TV, a safe, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a freestanding shower. The remaining three bedrooms also have king-sized beds, one of which is en-suite. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom, and one of the beds can be converted into twin beds if needed (please specify at the time of booking).
For families traveling with infants, the villa provides a cot with linens and a Tripp Trapp high chair.
From the elevated terraces, soak up the stunning vistas of the Bay of Santa Ponsa and the Tramuntana Mountains as you relax on the comfortable sofas and enjoy a pre-dinner drink.
The villa features mature gardens adorned with palm and olive trees, providing a serene outdoor setting. A private pool measuring approximately 9 x 4 meters offers refreshing relaxation, with solar heating and a pool cover to maintain warmth overnight. A summer kitchen with an outdoor dining area for eight guests, comfortable loungers, large parasols, and a pool shower complete the outdoor amenities. For a unique grilling experience, a brand-new OFYR barbecue has recently been installed, perfect for family gatherings.
The villa is within a short walk of the Santa Ponsa Marina and resort centre, approximately 2 kilometres away. The walk takes about 20-30 minutes, with a slight uphill climb of about 500 meters on the return due to the villa's elevated position. Refer to the photos for a visual guide of the route.
The villa is conveniently located just 35 minutes from the historic city of Palma. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the three Santa Ponsa golf courses, while boaters can explore the nearby marinas of Puerto Portals, Port Adriano, and Port Nautico, all within a short drive. Port Nautico offers a variety of water sports, including sailing, paddleboarding, jet skiing, diving, kayaking, and boat or yacht charters. For paddleboarding enthusiasts, the SUP school and Regatta Club are nearby.
Tennis enthusiasts can find courts in Paguera and Puerto Portals, and the brand-new women's tennis academy opened in 2016 is just a 5-minute drive away. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere with a wide selection of quality restaurants, bars, and cafes, including the trendy Marina at Port Adriano.
The closest beach would be Santa Ponsa or Port Adriano, both within a couple of minutes drive , 10 minutes drive you also have Illetas, Bendinat and Portals other options for beach lovers are Portals Vells, Camp De Mar, St Elmo & Cala Fornells .

By Carole McDonald on 21-Aug-2025Villa Gasper is a lovely villa made like a home from home with the quality of the furnishings, abundant of pool towels and good quality bathrooms towels, all you need re: bin bags, toilet rolls etc. A nice touch of Molten Brown products in the bathrooms. It made such a difference having all things provided . Lots of games to use. Washing machine and dryer and even a pushchair to use in the basement. They seem to have thought of everything that you need on a holiday. It really is a home from home. The villa is very well cared for by the owners with an added bonus of a cleaner halfway through the week. It has amazing views from the pool area and the bedrooms overlooking the bay at Santa Ponça. Very close by car to a big Erosi supermarket and local bakery. Just a few things that we noticed, it is a very long way to walk to the centre and uphill on the way back you do need a car especially with the children. It would have been nice to have fresh towels when the cleaners came in the middle of the week. They do have a wonderful solar heated pool to keep the children occupied! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who likes quality and it meets my high standard. Thank you for allowing us to share your villa.

Fabulous week

The villa itself is extremely well equipped, with four large bedrooms, comfortable beds, living space, kitchen and large outside space with a lovely pool. We were travelling with a 19 month baby so anything we didn’t have Debbie arranged for the equipment… cot, pushchair, playpen etc to be at the villa when we arrived. Anyone staying at Villa Gaspar would need transport as it’s quite a walk from local shops and restaurants but the benefit is the views and peace, it really was very beautiful.
Exceeded expectations

The spacious layout provided ample room for relaxation and the amenities provided were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from the villa''s terrace, which added an extra touch of tranquility to our holiday experience. Villa Gaspar is situated in a peaceful area and is in easy reach of local attractions and amenities with a short drive 5mins, it offered the perfect balance between convenience and serenity. I appreciated the privacy and quietness of the surroundings, allowing me to truly unwind and enjoy my time away. Although close to town, you will need to hire a car as walking isnt really possible. The last 500m to the villa is quite steep. From the moment I made my booking until the day of departure, the Southwest Mallorca staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist were truly commendable. I cannot recommend Villa Gaspar and SouthWest Mallorca Holiday Rentals highly enough. My experience was nothing short of remarkable, and I am confident that any future guests will have an equally memorable stay. Thank you once again for providing such a fantastic holiday rental option.
