Fabulous 4 bed roomed family villa, air conditioned throughout and finished to a very high standard internally and externally, with views of Santa Ponsa Bay from every room.

This beautiful Mediterranean villa oozes quality, the living areas are open plan with direct terrace/pool access, the kitchen is fully equipped with separate utility room, with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron etc. The living room has a SMART TV.

There are 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms. The master suite on ground level has a king d bed, its own dressing-room ,SMART TV , safe and luxury en-suite bathroom with standalone shower. The other 3 bedrooms all have king d beds ,1 of which is en-suite the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, one of the beds can be converted into twin beds if required, please advise at time of enquiry/booking. For families travelling with infants a cot with linen is provided along with a tripp trapp highchair.

From the upper terraced areas, relax on the sofa style furnishings with pre-dinner drinks and admire the breath-taking views across the Bay of Santa Ponsa and the Tramuntana Mountains.

Externally there are mature gardens with palm and olive trees a private pool measuring approximately 9 x 4 mtrs there is solar pool heating and a pool cover to retain the heat overnight, a summer kitchen area with external dining for 8, as well as cushioned loungers and large parasols and a pool shower . A wonderful OFYR BBQ has just been installed, perfect for family get togethers. 

You can walk to the Marina in Santa Ponsa and the resort centre which is just 2km away in 20-30 minutes, due to the villas elevated position the last 500mtrs on return is quite steep , maps in photos to show the route.

The villa is just 35 minutes from the Historic City of Palma. Golf lovers will appreciate the 3 Santa Ponsa golf courses while boaters will enjoy Puerto Portals, Port Adriano and Port Nautico which are only a couple minutes drive away. Port Nautico is a haven for water sports which include, sailing, paddle surf, jet ski, diving, kayaking and a varied selection of boats and yachts for charter to learn to sail or practice any type of water sport. SUP school (Stand up Paddle) and Regatta Club. . There is also tennis available at Paguera and Puerto Portals , also the brand new ladies tennis academy opened in 2016, just 5 minutes drive away. Quality restaurants, bars and cafes are all within easy reach, including the new uber-chic Marina at Port Adriano.

The closest beach would be Santa Ponsa or Port Adriano, both within a couple of minutes drive , 10 minutes drive you also have Illetas, Bendinat and Portals other options for beach lovers are Portals Vells, Camp De Mar, St Elmo & Cala Fornells .
