We would like to extend a 50% discount on nightly rates at Villa Paraisobetween now and April 2025 for all Spanish nationals in recognition of the pain and suffering that they have experienced in the tragedy that has befallen the Valencian region. Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape of Santanyi, Mallorca, Finca Paraiso offers a luxurious and tranquil retreat for discerning travellers. This stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa is the perfect destination for families and groups seeking a memorable holiday experience.
The property boasts 5 double bedrooms sleeping 10 , all en-suite with air-conditioning and underfloor heating.
There is a large sitting room with traditional fireplace and dining area, all leading out onto a beautiful covered terrace offering vistas over the garden and magnificent olive tree believed to be several hundred years old. There is a contemporary indoor chefs kitchen with an outdoor barbecue kitchen with large alfresco dining space, all the rooms are generously proportioned with a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture.
Downstairs there is a Large Bedroom and bathroom with facilities, suitable for disabled guests the bedroom suite offers a wet room shower with ample space for a wheelchair. As well as air conditioning, fan cooling is available .For disabled guests, seating area and direct private terrace access, this room has two single mattresses on a 2 meter base.
The other bedrooms are located on the first floor , where there is an impressive Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom encompassing a spoon bath and double shower, a secondary French styled bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 Double bedrooms with en-suite, all bedrooms are air conditioned with king d beds and have access to terraces with views over the garden and towards the mountains.
Externally the grounds are extensive and established , with a plenty of loungers all with quality mattresses to relax in by the salt water pool, which is approximately 13.5m x 6m pool with solar heating option, a pool fence is available at an additional cost on request offering security and peace of mind for the younger family members all terraces have comfortable wicker furniture. Pool heating will be available from October 2024 and will be 500€ per week.
Finca Paraiso is set in a tranquil location in the South East of Mallorca, yet just 40 minutes from Palma and just 20 minutes to the stunning Es Trenc Beach. Santanyi, a charming historic town, is just a short drive away. Discover its quaint streets, vibrant markets, and local artisans. Explore the nearby beaches, indulge in delicious Mediterranean cuisine, and experience the authentic Mallorcan way of life.
Close to all amenities , and a popular area for birdwatching, cycling, walking and taking in the local culture at popular markets of Campos, Felanitx and Santanyi. The monastery at San Salvador is visible from the house and worthy of a trip to see this piece of history and take in the views from the mountaintop.

It is completely gorgeous, with beautiful grounds, lots of areas to relax and spacious bedrooms all with ensuites for all. The outdoor kitchen was fab The luxurious extra touches - Molton Brown toiletries- were a delight. The area is great, close to a small village, to Santanyi and only 15 minute drive to some beautiful beaches. We couldnt recommend enough We used SouthWest Mallorca to arrange a villa stay near Santanyi (Finca Paraiso - couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough). From day 1, Debbie was incredibly helpful and responsive. She really went above and beyond to help accommodate us when travel plans changed, and made lots of helpful recommendations. During our stay she was also on hand to assist with questions. We would highly recommend SouthWest Mallorca and would certainly use again for any Mallorca stay.
