All rooms are distributed on ground level and comprise of a lounge/dining room with Smart TV and wifi, a large fully equipped kitchen, and five tastefully decorated bedrooms, catering to various sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while three other bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, allowing flexibility for families or friends sharing. Additionally, there is a cozy single bedroom, ensuring everyone has their own private sanctuary. To keep guests comfortable in the warm Menorcan climate, the villa features air conditioning in the bedrooms during nocturnal hours.
The villa offers three modern and well-appointed shower rooms, providing convenience and comfort for guests. Additionally, there is a bathroom, perfect for indulging in a relaxing soak after a day spent exploring the island's pristine beaches.
One of the highlights of this wonderful property is its expansive swimming pool, measuring an impressive 15 meters by 6 meters. Surrounded by a generous pool terrace, it offers a fabulous spot for sunbathing, enjoying refreshing dips, or simply taking in the stunning views of the turquoise Mediterranean waters. What really sets the villa apart is its direct access to the beach from the pool terrace, allowing guests to seamlessly transition between the pool and the sandy shoreline.

Confirmation Deposit at time of reservation: 25% (non-refundable)
Final Balance 60 days prior to arrival: 75 % (non-refundable)
Security deposit: 500 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)
Eco-tax: 2.00 €/night/person 16 years and over
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
A cancellation charge of 25% of the total price is payable for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.

Every facility you could think of was supplied. Communication was first class, Gurbia kept us informed at every step of the booking process. Would definitely recommend
