Villa Julio is located on the south coast of the island in Santo Tomas, an ideal holiday destination for those seeking a relaxing coastal getaway. Santo Tomás is popular for its stunning, white sand beach with crystal-clear waters, perfect for sunbathing and swimming. The resort offers a couple of charming restaurants, where visitors can enjoy delicious local cuisine and refreshing drinks while taking in views of the Mediterranean. Adding to its appeal is a scenic promenade that stretches along the coast, connecting Santo Tomas to the nearby Biniguas. This walkway provides a beautiful setting for leisurely strolls at sunset, making Santo Tomas a delightful choice for both families and couples.The villa features a stunning outdoor area, perfect for enjoying open-air living. A spacious shaded porch with beautiful sea views is furnished with a dining table, chairs, and garden sofas, providing a comfortable spot for relaxing in the shade. For added safety, the porch is gated to protect young children. Just a few steps down from the porch is a 9m x 4m swimming pool, bordered by a sunbathing terrace and landscaped gardens. Additionally, the villa includes a stone barbecue, ideal for outdoor cooking.
The villa’s interior combines modern amenities with classic Mediterranean charm, all on a single ground-floor layout. It features a spacious lounge with WIFI and international TV channels, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, one double bedroom with an en-suite shower and direct access to the porch, another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, a shared shower room, and a single bedroom with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for added comfort.

Final Balance 60 days prior to arrival: 75 % (non-refundable)
Security deposit: 500 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)

Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
A cancellation charge of 25% of the total price is payable for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival.
