Villa Leona is an elegant, classy, traditional 4 bedroom villa in the popular, picturesque coastal area of Santo Tomas on the lovely south coast of Menorca.

Set in the beautifully kept grounds, behind private high hedges, the spacious, light and airy villa offers 4 bedrooms – one with King Size bed, one with a twin that can be made into a Queen size double, a twin bedroom and the final room being a single room, providing standard occupancy for 7 people, and benefit from an 8x4m indoor swimming pool.

The house, is divided into 2 floors with the 4 bedrooms on the top floor and all being fully air conditioned.

The villa is accessed through the entrance door found at the end of a large, private driveway holding up to 2 cars.

On entering the villa, a long hallway leads the length of the property. To the left you will immediately find a useful utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, ironing board and iron which then leads out to a courtyard with washing line.

To the right of entry, you will find the large L-Shaped kitchen. Decorated traditionally but classy, you find everything needed here for a self catering holiday with it being equipped with large fridge-freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher a range of fitted base & wall cupboards, and is fully equipped with all the crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, utensils etc. You will also see some lovely sea views from the kitchen.

From both the kitchen and the hallway, you will find the brilliantly sized lounge with separate dining area. Here you will find 2 large comfortable sofas, chairs & 48″ Wide Screen TV with IPTV system and DVD player. There is also high-speed fibre-optic Wifi for use of guests. The separate dining area has table and chairs for 8. Ideal for a family dinner after a day at the beach. Off of the lounge/diner, you will find 2 large French doors that give access to a large covered terrace area. Here is a table and chairs for 8 people with some stunning views of the Med and the villa’s well kept gardens. This is an idea place for dinner of an evening or for a drink watching the sunset.

At the end of the ground floor, you will find the pool room and unusually, the villa’s large 8 x 4m Indoor heated swimming pool. The pool room has 3 large sliding patio doors that open up onto the vast ground terrace, an ideal spot for sunbathing on one of the villas many sunbeds. The patio doors really do give you that ‘swimming outside but inside feel’ and this is very unique for villas on the island. At the edge of the pool room is a shower and cubicle to rinse off after use of the pool. The outdoor terrace off the pool room offers you a table and chairs for relaxation, sunbeds to soak up the sunshine and also a brick built BBQ.

From the ground floor, a spiral staircase in the middle of the property, leads you to the 1st floor and the villa’s 4 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has its own very large En-Suite with Bath and shower attachment, WC, Bidet and sink. The 2 twin bedrooms and single room has use of a large family bathroom with bath, overhead shower attachment, WC, Bidet and sink.

The house boasts large and attractive exterior areas…… ample sun-bathing terraces surround the indoor swimming pool and immediately overlook the town of Santo Tomas and the sea, a wonderful vista to wake up to! The exterior areas also include a constructed BBQ. There is also a useful and charming exterior casita with running water and cooking facilities.

The villa is only a 2-3 minute walk from the large sandy beach of Santo Tomas, as well as the area´s large choice of restaurants and bars. Also on this part of the coast are the unspoilt beaches of Sant Adeodato and Binigaus.

Journey time by car to Mahon and the airport approximately 20 minutes and the same for Cuitadella, Menorca’s imposing former capital, dominating it’s west coast and many natural beaches and coves.
