Description
Sitio de Calahonda is conveniently located on the Costa Del Sol between La Cala and Marbella with easy access to Malaga and its international airport. This spacious penthouse apartment with two main floor terraces and a huge private rooftop solarium is the perfect place to call home for your holiday vacation. It boasts two double bedrooms, a third twin or double (bed can be converted into either), two bathrooms both with walk-in showers, a fully equipped kitchen with supplies to get started including a welcome basket, and a living/dining room.There are three tables for dining, one inside that seats four, one on the roof top solarium and one on the main terrace that seats six. In addition there are several outdoor chairs and loungers for relaxation as well as a gas BBQ and mini fridge under a shaded section of the roof solarium.
You’ll find everything has been considered including bath, hand and beach towels, beach bag, sun screen, shampoo, hand wash, hair dryers and styling aids, USB plugs, a music speaker, WiFi, firestick operated TV and much more.
The apartment is set within beautifully kept grounds featuring a communal pool and sun loungers.
The beaches, bars, shops and restaurants are within a ten minute walk.
The apartment is on the top floor of a two story building with no lift and the rooftop solarium is accessed by a spiral staircase so it is not suitable for unsupervised children or persons with mobility issues. And as this is a quiet community we respectfully cannot allow party groups.

By Gary on 19-Aug-2025We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday apartment in Spain. The property is spacious, with three comfortable bedrooms that easily accommodated our group. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is absolutely perfect—set in a peaceful area, close enough to local shops, restaurants, and the beach. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evenings and relaxing by the swimming pool. Susanna was welcoming and helpful, making the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!
A brilliant apartment!

The villa is ideal with all amenities you’d need and great finishing touches. The pool and communal areas are nice and the location is ideal. Communication in the booking period was so easy and quick, and we were greeted with some lovely personal touches that truly made our stay even more special! Couldn’t recommend more highly - thank you Susanna!
Family Holiday
By Donna on 06-Jul-2025We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment, we were a group of 6, including 2 teenage children. The apartment had everything we could possibly need for our stay and lots of extras too. The outdoor areas were perfect and we had so much space for everyone to feel comfortable. The pool area was gorgeous and quiet. We visited the gym and nearby beaches, bars and restaurants, all these are within walking distance of the apartment. The area is fantastic with loads of places to visit, we had a car and visited Mijas Pueblo and Gibraltar for the day. Susanna was an amazing host and was on hand before, during and after our stay. We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Costa del Sol.

Beautiful
By Donna & Mark on 15-Jun-2025I can’t fault this apartment it’s beautiful,spotlessly clean and very comfortable,the roof terrace is perfect for all day sun also the shaded area is ideal with a fridge. Just 10 minutes walk from restaurants,bars and supermarkets the location is great.Susanna is lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. Will definitely be booking again.

Perfect spot for a girls getaway!

The host was very accommodating and friendly. The patio and rooftop deck made it difficult to leave as the view was so beautiful from here. I must say this was even nicer than our expectations and the five of us all loved our time here!! Susanna you were the perfect host! We highly recommend your spot to anyone looking to experience 🇪🇸!
