Villa Salamandra is in a prime location on a quiet (& arguably the most prestigious) road in the San Jaime area of Son Bou. The villa is south-facing & offers the luxury of large balconies on all levels - meaning every room enjoys fantastic panoramic sea views & stunning sunsets (often incorporating the silhouetted island of neighbouring Majorca). It also overlooks the nature reserve at Son Bou which is home to a variety of beautiful Mediterranean birds & wildlife. Villa Salamandra is ideal for families of all ages & really does offer everything you could possibly need for a successful holiday. It is highly recommended for those seeking a relaxing break with everything on their doorstep. No need for a car as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and beach are a maximum of 10 minutes stroll.• Large private overflow pool and Jacuzzi for your exclusive use.

Stunning views, amazing breeze though the villa, pool is huge, extremely clean, great location and the best family holiday ever!!!! Howard was so helpful and very easy to contact and got back to me very fast. My children had the best time at the villa and loved the pool table! The bbq is a great extra for a yummy dinner next to the stunning pool and watching the most stunning sunset!! I would highly recommend this villa and can’t wait to go back! The bars, restaurants and beach are so easy to get to from this villa walking distance. This was good for my dad as his older and not so good walking to far! Super happy!!!!! Thank you for having us and we will be back xxxx
An amazing villa
By Neil on 31-May-2025We booked this villa for our holiday of 2 weeks and it couldn’t of been better such lovely villa very spacious with great views over son bou you get to enjoy the sunrise and set from the balcony's .it has a truly amazing swimming pool with a hot tub which was used everyday without fail and it is maintained to a high standard. By the pool there’s a bbq area again well used a pool room small kitchen area and a lemon tree in the garden pick your own to complement the local Mahón gin 😁 this was the first time in Menorca for us and although it’s a small island there is plenty to do every beach is stunning night markets are great and everywhere is friendly and welcoming I recommend hiring a car to appreciate the island as anywhere on it is no more than 40 minutes away . Howard the owner was great with communication and helpful all in all we throughly enjoyed ourselves and will no doubt be back in the future Howard Thanks for sharing your property with us All the best
Fantastic Villa

It is very spacious with balconies on both floors with plenty of seating over looking the pool with amazing views of the sea. The kitchen has everything you need including ice blocks! Plenty of space in the upstairs fridge freezer. On the ground floor there is a toilet next to the pool (which was very handy) and a room with a pool table and kitchen including another fridge freezer and dish washer with plenty of glasses and cutlery for the bbq. The pool is huge and can be accessed from the bedroom balconies. We found it to be in an ideal base for the bars and restaurants which are just 3 minutes walk away and the beach which is no more than 10 mins walk. The Villa is in the lovely resort of Son Bou, which has just the right amount of bars and restaurants and the best ice cream shop! We will hopefully visit this villa again as it was the perfect holiday.
Wonderful Villa
By Dempsey Family on 29-Jul-2023Spacious Villa situated close to all the local amenities, ideal for a family holiday. Our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Salamandra in August. There are fantastic views of the sea from both balconies. We have stayed in a few villas in Son Bou but this has by far the biggest pool. There is a downstairs kitchen which is just great when using the barbecue and having dinner by the swimming pool. The pool table is an added bonus. All in all I would highly recommend this Villa if you are thinking of holidaying in Son Bou.

The villa is perfectly positioned for fantastic views of the sea while also being an easy stroll to the local shops and bars. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was fabulous and a really good size, the water temperature was perfect. The BBQ was great and it was super convenient having an additional kitchen downstairs. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was a bonus. We would recommend the nearby Casa Andre restaurant for amazing steak. We also enjoyed an afternoon walk along the beach to the neighbouring resort of Santo Tomas where we ate at one of our all time favourite Menorcan restaurants, Es Bruc. I cannot recommend Villa Salamandra highly enough and would 100% recommend it for a relaxing holiday in Son Bou.
