This home away from home, built and designed by the current owners, offers a warm and welcoming living space with breath-taking views of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea from both the interior and exterior.
Three Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms
Parquet flooring and neutral tones inside Casa Blanca create a cosy and relaxing atmosphere and the perfect place for guests to unwind.
Connected to the entrance hall on the ground level are two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one twin bedroom) with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom with a shower over bath and bidet.
Internal stairs lead up to the main living area on the first floor and continue to the second floor and master bedroom. This spacious double bedroom has a soft cream carpet, dressing area, and en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath and bidet. This bedroom also boasts a private balcony overlooking the lush garden, swimming pool and turquoise sea beyond.
Living and Kitchen
The heart of this home is the main living area on the first floor.
The fully equipped and spacious kitchen, with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, and everyday appliances, is where guests will enjoy quality time together whilst preparing their favourite meals.
Connected to the kitchen is the split-level dining room and lounge, with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV with several international channels, and a small library of books. The central air-conditioning system throughout the house makes this room the ideal place for relaxing and escaping the midday heat.
Also on the first floor is a cloakroom and utility room with access to the rear of the house where there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Terrace and Swimming Pool with Sea Views
The main outdoor living area, accessed directly from the kitchen, is a spacious south-facing terrace with spectacular Mediterranean views. Furnished with a wooden table and chairs for al fresco dining, a gas barbeque, and garden sofas for relaxing in the shade, this terrace is where guests spend the most time during their holiday.
The large swimming pool on the lower level of the garden is accessed via steps from the main terrace. Surrounded by colourful plants and a grass lawn, the pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas for lying back and enjoying the sunshine and views.
Casa Blanca is located in Son Bou resort on the south-central coast of the island and a 20 minute drive from Mahon airport. The resort offers a variety of bars with evening entertainment, international restaurants, souvenir shops, and supermarkets, all within a short walk from the house.
The island´s longest beach, with 2.5km of white sand and turquoise water, is approximately is just a 10 minute walk from Casa Blanca. There are a number of beach amenities available, including beach bars serving all-day tapas and drinks, water sports, a picnic area, public showers, and free parking.
Notes: The property is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
The air-conditioning is centrally controlled for the entire property.

Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
A cancellation charge of 25% of the total price is payable for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY COVID-19
If cancellation is due to lock-down travel restrictions in their home country or in Spain, guests will receive a voucher for the full amount paid. This voucher can be used to rebook the same property for alternative dates.
