Wonderful Menorcan Style villa with private pool and the most amazing panoramic views set in a nice area yet within easy walking distance to the beautiful beach of Son Bou, shops, bus stops, medical centre, phones, water slides and a good variety of bars and restaurants. The villa has full SKY TV, Log onto your Netflix and DVD player with a selection of films. The villa also has WIFI available for an additional charge. Ideal family villa for a relaxing peaceful holiday yet lots for the family to do such as bowling, tennis, slides, children’s play area and much more. The villa has had a new kitchen fitted in 2021 & 2025 along with the flooring throughout the villa being re tiled also in 2021.The villa has many extras and has a warm friendly feeling with 3 double bedrooms, living room dining area and fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms all bright and clean.It is all one level so good for families
The villa is a short drive from the airport and being central to all other resorts in Menorca
The resort of Son Bou is a wonderful clean resort and the longest beach on the island and is ideal for couples and families with everything you need in the resort. At the beach you can hire pedalos and speed boats to explore other beaches and coves along the coast. There are places to eat on the beach, so you can get a snack, drink, ice cream or tapas.
The resort is family friendly, great for kids with lots to do and also great for couples young or old.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor BBQ area for those who want al fresco dining by the pool. Lots of local supermarkets to buy fresh bread and cheese for lunch, washed down with the local pomada (local gin and lemon)!

Both bathrooms have been refurbished in 2017. Family bathroom has a toilet, sink, bath with a shower over whilst the ensuite bathroom has a toilet, walk in shower, twin sinks. Refurbished to a high standard and are bright and clean.

The bedrooms all have air con, are decorated to a high standard and are lovely and clean, . The wardrobes are large and there is plenty of storage space ,the master bedroom also has a ceiling fan, en suite, French doors with sea views, second and third bedrooms have fitted wardrobes one with sea and pool views.
The villa has air con in all bedrooms, full SKY TV and DVD player with a selection of films.Chest of children’s beach toys, games, books etc.There is WIFI in the villa which is available at an additional weekly charge. The patio area is well furnished and terraces are south facing with plenty of sunny days and warm evenings while the pergola giving a lovely shaded area if required. Also safety gates are fitted on entrance to pool area, the villa is all on one level no problems with steps around pool or in villa great for children. The villa is set in a quiet area but with in easy walking distance of beach and all amenities, but to sit by the pool looking at the views with a glass of wine away from it all is wonderful and relaxing. There is an outdoor BBQ area with sink and an outdoor shower. There is an arrival clean and departure clean - no interim clean unless booked. Bookings are from Friday to Friday - minimum of 7 days. Check in and check out is on a Friday wherever possible
Check IN/OUT is on a FRIDAY. 7/14/21/28 day stays. There can be flexible in APRIL, MAY & OCTOBER with check in day & duration please check
If you require a mid stay clean/change of linen on a 2 week holiday this must be arranged & paid for prior to arrival. The cost for this is £150. This is done to keep costs down for everyone as some guests do not wish this additional cost for their holiday and also not to penalise those who only book for 1 week. It is done like this to keep costs down for everyone.
Cots/Highchairs can be hired directly with the management company at an additional cost
Strictly no smoking inside the villa. Any breakages/damage must be reported to the management company and paid for locally

The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the villa and views. Son Bou is a lovely resort and the beach is fantastic. Francesca made everything so simple and straightforward. The villa is gorgeous - would thoroughly recommend the villa to anyone.
Simply Beautiful

We will definitely be back! Would never get bored of the amazing views and sunsets! The resort is lovely and the beach is clean with 3 beach bars dotted along the coast.
Fabulous villa and superb location

Francesca and Simon, I must congratulate you for keeping the Villa up to date with the amenities it offers, don't ever sell it! We will definitely be booking again !
A Wonderful Stay
By CHRISTINE IRWIN on 18-Jul-2025We stayed in this beautiful villa in July for 2 weeks. We have been to Menorca on many occasions but this has to be one of the very best we have stayed in. It was an extremely comfortable villa with everything you needed to make it a perfect holiday. The views from the terrace were out of this world and we watched the sun going down from there many an evening. The pool was lovely and our grandchildren were never out of it. It is obviously a much loved villa and would recommend to anyone.

The villa has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation! Thoroughly recommend staying here! Have paid a lot more for a lot less in the past! Thank you for sharing your home! Wonderful holiday

Francesca and Simon have made ongoing improvements year on year to the villa making the stays even more enjoyable. The views from the villa are stunning, the sunsets magnificent and the location makes it an ideal base for a lovely holiday. 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to visit the local beach and shops. If you do have a rental car its ideally situated to make trips around the island to explore the lovely coves, beaches and towns. Thank you Francesca. Would thoroughly recommend.
