Description
The villa is in a prime location overlooking the Son Bou Beach. It is in a lovely avenue of excellent villas. There are patios with sun or shade at all times of the day.The Beach is a 10 minute saunter away on level ground. (only 10m of slope down on the way to beach)
Rented to be as flexible as possible, while fitting with current bookings. .
Air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and sitting room.
The Villa has WIFI & Smart TV
Outside:
Pool (8.5m x 4.5m) with surrounding patio - The Pool area has gates for the safety of children.
Some photos do show the whirlpool - to save disappointment we don't advertise the villa as having one as it is not always in working order.
There is a main front terrace with built in barbecue and gas bbq overlooking the sea and countryside with a shaded patio at the rear.
Plenty of terrace furniture including large table and chairs, sun loungers (have now been replaced with blue ones!) and lounging chairs.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen. - All bedding and towels included – you will need to bring your own beach towels.
Available to use is a Travel Cot and 2 x high chairs.
The garden is well established with lovely colours of bougainvillea's and other Mediterranean plants. The villa is user friendly for families with children as well as adults. The villa is kept to a very high standard, with modern furnishings. We are pleased that we have guests who return year after year and who recommend us to their friends. If you would love a holiday in a completely independent, individual villa in its own grounds, this will be the answer to your future holidays in Menorca.
There are plenty of local amenities located within a 4 minute walk of the villa including a well-stocked supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and gift shop.
Son Bou has a good selection of family friendly restaurants and beach cafes, as well as cocktail bars and an excellent Italian that does take-out.

Son Bou Villa stay July-Aug 23’

The kitchen and bathrooms looked very run down compared to pictures which was quite disappointing. The lounge and outside areas were very nice. The views were amazing from the villa and the size of the swimming pool was as expected which we all enjoyed. There were no cleans of the villa or pool during our stay- another disappointment considering we were there for 10 days. A lovely villa but it was more run down than we expected.
Fantastic villa

The views were great and plenty of space for everyone The villa was very clean and well looked after. Sara was very helpful if we had any questions. The pool and jacuzzi are great Would happily return or reccomend
EXCELLENT VILLA IN MENORCA

Even with 8 people in the villa it felt spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of sunbeds and chairs around the lovely pool area for us all to relax. The kids used the few pool toys that were there and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. we had a very relaxing holiday in the villa and would most definitely recommend this to others. BEST VILLA HOLIDAY EVER!
By Nick Janes on 12-Oct-2013Best villa holiday ever! 5 of 5 We traveled here as a party of 8 people ranging from 8 - 65 years old. This villa is absolutely stunning! You will struggle find a more beautiful villa of this size in the whole of the area. The Villa is very well equipped, and suitable and safe for children of all ages. There was plenty of space for us all to cook and eat together, we even lit the BBQ a few times. having a dishwasher made life a lot easier! We spent most of our time in the large outdoor pool, although we did make the short walk to the beautiful beach a few times. The villa is in a great position, only a 5 min walk to nearest supermarket and restaurant, and 10 min walk to the main strip and beach. The very comfortable beds and air conditioning made sure we all slept well throughout the whole trip. We would all highly recommend this villa! And I'm sure we will be returning here in the very near future. LOVELY VILLA

We found the villa to be in a perfect location, near to the local supermarket and a 15 min walk to bars, restaurants and beach. We had fun on the days we stayed around the pool and stayed in some nights and used the barbeque. The villa was very well planned out for large parties and was clean and well equipped. There was even a toy box with buckets and spades and inflatables, bats abnd balls which we added to by leaving five lilos of all shapes and sizes.The table tennis was a big hit with our grown up boys. We would not hesitate to recomend this villa and the booking process and payment was done effiently by john and kate who were always on hand before the holiday to answer any queries we had. The villa management, who are just around the corner also were extremely helpful before the holiday and during our stay.They arranged our transfer from the airport and it was the best transfer I have ever experienced. We hired a car for a few days to look around the island, but if you dont want to drive, then you dont have to staying at this villa.
