Description
Casa Toro Vista is a beautiful, homely villa situated in a quiet residential area with a back drop of pine forests and a privileged view towards Monte Toro. It has a private pool, sun terraces, high speed wi-fi & all homely comforts to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. Close to beach, golf club, resort centre & Cami de Cavalls.The villa is situated in the peaceful resort of Son Parc in the North East of Menorca. The villa is named after the view of Menorca's highest mountain, 'Monte Toro', the peak of which can be viewed from the terraces.
Freshly decorated with new bathrooms & updated kitchen, the villa offers 1 double bedroom & 2 twin bedded rooms (each air-conditioned, sleeps 6) and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). The large airy lounge & dining area have stairs which lead up to a spacious mezzanine with a terrace, offering panoramic views towards Monte Toro in the distance. With prior agreement, the mezzanine can also be used as an alternative bedroom, being equipped with a large, very comfortable sofa bed, or is simply the perfect place to sit and read a book.
The villa offers super-fast (100mbps) fibre wi-fi, together with a new 44 inch flat screen TV providing access to international TV stations, films and children's & sports channels.
For those who have babies/infants, we provide a high chair, baby travel cot & baby gates free of charge for your use. And upon request can make the terrace which overlooks the pool, fully enclosed.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine & filtered water tap. Guests will also have access to the villas washing machine, located in the secure garage. If you wish to play golf whilst here then we provide 2 sets of golf clubs for your use and can offer you a discounted green fee if booked through us.
Outside you will find terraces complete with a gas BBQ and relaxing patio furniture, where you can sit and watch over the pool area whilst enjoying a cold glass of cerveza or a crisp vino blanco. You'll find a selection of outdoor games, masks & snorkels & pool inflatables. We also provide pool/beach towels, beach parasols & cool bag.
**NEW for 2025: 6 bikes of mixed sizes complete with safety helmets, for you to use at your leisure. Perfect for enjoying the surrounding countryside, or to pop down to the bakery for a fresh baquette in the morning. Also, you'll find a dart board to enjoy**
Guests will receive a small welcome hamper, enabling them to start enjoying their holiday the moment they arrive.
The resort of Son Parc offers a quiet, relaxed atmosphere to suit most ages. Throughout the summer you can choose from a small selection of restaurants and bars and a couple of local supermarkets.
The villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is approximately a 20 minute gentle stroll to the restaurants and the fantastic beach of Arenal Son Saura - one of the best on the island. The famous Cami de Cavalls walking trail will lead you across the rugged headland to Arenal d'en Castell, where you will find further restaurants and bars situated around a beautiful sheltered bay. A lovely walk of approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
The villa and Son Parc are approximately 25 minutes by car from the island's airport. The nearest towns of Es Mercadal and Alaior are 15 minutes drive, whilst the capital town of Mao can be reached in about 20 to 25 minutes. However, there are several other resorts situated within easy reach that are well worth a visit during your stay.

Minimum stay of 7 nights June/July/August. Check in from 16.00 hours/check out 10.00 hours (flexible). A £200/€250 Security Damage deposit is required. The Balearic Eco Tourist Tax will be charged in addition to the holiday price shown-to be paid upon arrival. Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings from all male/female groups. Tranquil area with beautiful view, the villa is set up on the hill at the end of a quiet road. There was more than enough space to stretch out and relax, by the pool on one of the two terraces or in the villa when it gets too hot. We enjoyed use of the gas bbq for evening meals and found lovely restaurants in nearby towns. We didn’t hire a car, as it’s easy to walk down to local shops, restaurants and local beach with long stretch of white sand. Tacos were great for evening meals out. Nicole and Andrew go above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay and the villa is well stocked with all the bits you have at home. I would highly recommend a stay here.
