Description
Villa Rosamond is located in Son Parc, a picturesque resort town on the northern coast of Menorca. Known for its crescent-shaped beach Arenal de Son Saura, with golden sand and turquoise water, the resort offers visitors a tranquil and idyllic setting for a relaxing holiday. Surrounding the beach, you'll find lush pine forests, creating a soothing natural backdrop. Son Parc is also home to the only golf course on the island, making it a haven for golfers. With its serene ambiance and natural beauty, this resort is a splendid destination for those seeking a relaxing getaway.The villa is built on a large plot offering a number of areas for relaxing in the sun or shade. With direct access from both the lounge and kitchen, is a covered porch with quality outdoor sofas, dining table with chairs and barbeque, the ideal spot for al fresco dining. A couple of steps from the porch lead down to the swimming pool terrace, furnished with a second table and chairs and sunbeds. Beyond the pool is a lawn garden with autochthonous flowers and plants, a peaceful area to relax in the shade.
This home away from home has been tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed to ensure that guests have a wonderful stay. The property is distributed on two floors:
Ground Floor: open plan lounge (smart TV and international channels) /dining area / fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, 1 shower room and 1 cloak room.
First Floor: master bedroom with air-conditioning, en-suite shower room and a private balcony with pine forest views.

Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
Confirmation Deposit at time of reservation: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
Final Balance 60 days prior to arrival: 90 % (non-refundable)
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit is paid with the balance payment and will be returned after departure)

By Brett on 21-Jun-2025Had a wonderful week at Gurbias. Couldn’t have asked for more for our first family holiday in Menorca. Spacious, private house in beautiful surroundings with short distance to stunning Arenal de son saura, which is a perfect family friendly beach. Many memories made playing in the well maintained pool and evening and mornings eating in the stunning garden/terrace. The place is just like the pictures, such good value for money considering how big it is. Guburia made planning our trip so easy with the digital guidebook and she always answered immediately to my questions and requests. Thank you so much Gubria, we didn’t want to leave. Excellent Stay
By Michael on 05-Jul-2025Our stay was excellent the villa was very well equipped, it was nice to have BBC tv as we could watch some Wimbledon matches. Outdoor space was very good with comfortable seating and even some inflatables for the pool. Gurbia was very helpful and responsive to any queries we raised. I would recommend her company and the villa. The area was very quiet apart from a noisy all female group that turned up in the property next door midway through our stay, but this did not impact us too much.

Great Family Holiday
By Davide on 19-Jul-2025We had a great family holiday at Villa Rosamond. The pool & garden were spectacular and the patio was perfect for lazy lunches and late dinners. The house was very well equipped and maintained, with a homely style. The area surrounding the property was quiet and full of green spaces, close to a family friendly beach and a small supermarket. The only small thing that could be improved was the air conditioning in both the kids room and the living room area, which were not really cooling down the rooms as they should, although the fans almost made up for it. The 2 double bedrooms had great aircon and were very comfortable. Thanks for a lovely stay the whole family will remember and hope to be back soon!
Beautiful Villa
By Marco on 23-Aug-2025Beautiful villa located in the greenery of Son Parc. Since the property borders other villas (very close), the tranquility of your stay depends on the neighbours you will find, and unfortunately we have not been very lucky in this. The house is well equipped. The well-kept outdoor area and comfortable beds are particularly appreciated. The air conditioning should be reviewed in the living area because it does not cool, and when you cook the environment heats up a lot. The Wi-Fi works very well in the living area and ground floor but with difficulty on the first floor. It is clear that it is a house "inhabited" by the owners (car parked in the garage and therefore not usable by the tenants, wardrobes full of clothes, etc.) and this is not appreciated by everyone. The car (required) must be parked in the street (there is always free space). That said, I spent two weeks with my family in August and I felt very comfortable, Gurbia responds promptly to any request, so thank you for everything!
