With its tranquil atmosphere and natural beauty, Son Parc provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.The villa sits on a 695 m² plot and features a private 7 m x 3 m swimming pool, bordered by a tiled terrace equipped with sun loungers and a parasol. Just off the lounge, the upper terrace is perfect for outdoor dining and furnished with a table and chairs, a parasol for shade, and a built-in stone barbecue.
Villa Olivia features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it an excellent choice for families, couples, or friends holidaying together. The villa is comfortably furnished and offers air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer
Balearic Government Eco-tax: 2.00 € per person, per night for all guests 16 years and over
Security deposit: 300 € per stay
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.
Minimum Age: The person placing the booking must be over 25 years of age.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

The property is furnished and equipped for self-catering for the maximum capacity of the property.
The property will be clean upon arrival with bed linen and bath towels for all guests.
