This tranquil, traditional Menorcan villa is a three bedroom, two bathroom property located in the peaceful countryside village of Son Vitamina. The interior of the property is all on one level and has a private pool, a recently fully refurbished large outside terrace and extra sun terrace area and offers privacy and plenty of space for its guests.

Upon entering you will come across a large living room, equipped with TV and DVD player and IPTV offering you a choice of UK TV channels. There is also a stereo system for you to play music. Just off the living room is the kitchen, equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and all utensils required for a self catering holiday.

The bedrooms are comprised of one master double room with Queen sized double bed, built-in wardrobes and ensuite shower room. There is also a washing machine tucked away in a cupboard in here. The other two bedrooms are twin rooms with two single beds each, fitted wardrobes and a shared family bathroom, consisting of walk-in shower, between them. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Off the lounge, through a set of sliding doors is a covered terrace area suitable for dining of an evening. Here you will find a dining table and chairs for 6 people. Steps down from the terrace area lead down to the recently fully refurbished and stunning sun terrace, garden and swimming pool areas.

The pool is an 10x4m swimming pool with steps entering into the shallow end. The newly built raised sun terrace area faces the pool as is a prime spot for topping up your tan during the day. There is also a shower on the terrace to rinse off after a dip in the pool. The villa has 6 sunbeds which can be placed anywhere on the terrace to allow you to catch the sun all day. There is also a large awning on the terrace so that you can find shade if you need it. A lovely addition to the villa is steps leading from the side of the villa up to a spacious roof terrace. This is a great spot for a bit of sunbathing or to have a drink of an evening as the sun goes down. From the roof terrace there are some beautiful views of the sea and on a clear day, views of Majorca.

There is ample street parking at the front of the villa.

Although Son Vitamina is a quiet residential estate, it is a five minute drive from the shops, bars and restaurants in Sant Climent, a five-ten minute drive from the resort of Cala En Porter with its beautiful beach and large choice of restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. It is also only fifteen minutes away from the island’s capital, Mahon.
