Description
This lovely three bedroom/three bathroom villa with WiFi offers spacious, high-quality accommodation and surroundings in a quiet residential area. Built in 2002, the villa offers a relaxed, home-from-home level of comfort with air conditioning throughout. From the lounge and the two downstairs bedrooms you have access to the large outside terrace, lawns, Mediterranean garden, BBQ area and good sized swimming pool. From the open-plan entrance/dining area there is a corridor leading to the two downstairs bedrooms. These comprise a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and twin bedded room and a family shower room. On the first floor there is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and french doors leading onto a small balcony with partial sea views.20 Reviews

Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. 5 minute walk to the seafront where you will find Punta Prima beach, and a selection of shops and restaurants. We had breakfast every morning at Royal Cafe Bistro, which I can’t recommend highly enough. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you.
A great holiday!
By Jennifer Ferdinand on 21-May-2025A great holiday! We stayed for first 2 weeks in June with 6 adults & 2 babies. Plenty of space for us all. Gardens are absolutely beautiful and extremely well kept. Pool area was lovely, as was BBQ we had one night. Kitchen had absolutely everything and anything you needed which was helpful when prepping meals for the babies. Hired 2 highchairs via Sukhminder’s maintenance/cleaning company which were quite expensive (48) but we needed them so were happy to pay. They were the usual Ikea highchairs which is perfectly fine, however they weren’t in the best condition and only one had a tray table. Considering you can buy one brand new from Ikea for about 15, we’d have been better going to Mahon itself and doing so. Only things I think could be an improvement would be 1. a mosquito net for over the beds as they ate us alive even with doors closed/sprays/plug ins (babies ok under their cot nets) and 2. a folder within the villa maybe with info on the area/surrounding area. Punta Prima itself is nice for the beach, has a kids playpark too. Royal Cafe was nice for breakfast/lunch and staff were lovely. however the restaurants in Punta Prima itself were just ok. Best meals we had were Clementina (Saint Luis), Bambu (Binibeca), Pan y Vino (just outside Saint Luis) & Binifadet Vineyard (tour/tasting & dinner). Overall it was a lovely villa in a quiet, family friendly area, and was exactly what we needed (especially taking babies abroad for the first time).

By Sascha Büchel on 24-Jun-2025We liked everything, the House, the outside area, garden and pool, the distance to the beach, its a relaxed place and Island. Fully equipped, new and modern bathrooms. Everything better and Buffer then the pictures showed. We would love to come back some time.

Beautiful spot in a beautiful place
By Gabrielle Clark on 18-Apr-2025We stayed in April 2025 and found the villa absolutely perfect for us. Spotlessly clean with everything you could want for a holiday - and then much more. Lovely pool, peaceful well kept garden in laid back Punta Prima. We spent time at the villa but also got out and about. The nearest supermarkets, shops and restaurants are a very short 3 min walk away and the rest of Menorca is easily accessible. We have loved our stay. My parents last visit was in 1967 and although it had changed they enjoyed their time here at Villa Palmera just as much. The hosts were kind and communicative at all times. We would love to come back sometime.
