Description
This villa is only a 15 minute flat walk to the beautiful Playa Dorada beach in playa blanca or 5 mins by car......follow the path which is decoratively covered in beautifully richly coloured bougainvillea.The beach has been awarded on various occasions for its beauty, a peaceful and pleasant spot and is an ideal place for the whole family to relax in. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that pushchairs and wheelchairs can be taken along. A 5 minute drive away is Dorada beach or it's a 15 minute flat walk -
One of the best things about staying in a villa is that you don’t have to share the pool with dozens of strangers – instead, you have the pool all to yourself. This pool (7.5 x 4 meters) features a shallow section for the kids or for non swimmers.
The private garden is equipped with sunshades and plenty of garden furniture, 12 sun loungers and 2 dining areas. A great BBQ to use or why not hire a private chef to cook for you and wash-up as well.
This villa has three floors, huge bedrooms. A large kitchen, brilliant lounge and dining area.
At the top of the villa there is one bedroom; a king size bed with an ensuite (walk in shower) it also has a large balcony with 2 sun-beds and 2 chairs.
On the middle floor there are 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom has a king bed with its own ensuite (walk in shower) thoughtfully designed for accessibility, providing comfort and convenience for older guests, or those with reduced mobility. This bedroom has patio doors that lead out to the garden where the outside dining table is located.
The second bedroom also has a king bed and a separate family bathroom with a bath and shower over.
The modern spacious lounge/dining room (with access to the pool, no steps) is complemented by 3 large sofas , state-of-the-art TV for your entertainment. (including sports channels and `Netflix). A perfect haven in which to kick back and relax whether it's just the two of you enjoying a romantic break or you're sharing the space with family and friends.

We stay 2 or 3 times in Villas in Playa Blanca each year and cannot believe we only found this gem now . Cathy was amazing , helpful and very accommodating to our requests . We were hoping to get back again this year but, unsurprisingly the dates we wanted were booked and I can see now why it is so popular . Very quiet residential road and very private just how we like it . Convenient walk to shops and town centre and absolutely ideal for families with or without children as there is so much room and is very secure . If you are looking at booking dont hesitate as you wont regret it . Alfie cannot wait to get back and loved every minute of it as did we . Thank you for an amazing stay and we will definitely see you soon

By Catherine on 13-Apr-2025Beautiful villa. Had a wonderful week celebrating my friend’s 60th birthday. Plenty of space inside and out. The location was perfect only a short walk to the bars and restaurants. Thank you for hosting us. We are now back at home with wonderful memories of our stay.

So Good We Want To Go Again
By david west on 09-Feb-2025The villa is very private and in a quiet area. Inside the villa is very spacious and the garden area was lovely. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Sun all day with plenty of seating areas and sun beds. Easy walk to the supermarket and the main town. Already reserved for next year.
Great Holiday
By Mags on 06-Apr-2025Our stay was 5 star, the villa was lovely, clean and spacious. There was plenty of room inside and outside to eat all together. The children loved the pool. Kathy was great all the way through from booking the Villa to us checking in and departing. She answered any questions we had promptly. Will definitely use Kathy and her company again in the future and will be recommending her to friends and family.
A great place to stay
By richard on 05-Jan-2025Location is perfect with children. Very safe, secure & comfortable. Close to shops, beach, restaurants. Loved the warm pool which we used every day. Great value for money.
